I had a reservation for november and my rate didn't allowed me to cancel or change my reservation. 200km before arriving at the hotel I had a flat tire and I had to cancel my trip. I called the hotel and the staff was very supportive and helpful. They offered me to change the dates for my stay. This time I had the nice surprised to be upgraded to a room with balcony. As usual the staff was very polite, professional and kind. 09 January 2015

In this case all of my expectations were exceeded by the high quality of the property and especially the friendly and professional staff. I wish there was a pool and better spa facilities but can live without them. I must emphasize just how professional the staff were and how well we were treated. 02 January 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent Service It had been 1 year since I last stayed at the Carlton. I always feel welcome and cared for when I am there. The service is always wonderful in the restaurants and at the front desk. I couldn't have ask for better service in my room; which was always very clean and well tended. Thank you for the care and attention to the guests rooms. The one thing I did notice is the condition of my room was not as good as my previous stay. The heavy drapes were torn and hard to open and close and the chair had a covering that didn't seem to go with the rest of the room.. These should be taken care of in a 5 star hotel. 23 December 2014
