Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 great customer service Stayed here on a business trip. Overall I had a very pleasant stay. One thing that impressed me was we started to walk to the nearby restaurant and it started to rain. We didn't have umbrellas. The valet attendants offered complimentary umbrellas that was a life saver. So nice and very much needed. Later the AV media staff was very helpful during our meeting. They were very accommodating. I would recommend this hotel to stay at if you are in Tampa. 27 February 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Long queues at check-in but otherwise excellent stay When we arrived there were already queues and one (the priority) desk was being used to explain to a woman how to get the internet and then to set up her ipad followed by similar for a male guest. Consequently the queues got longer not something you want after a long drive. Maybe a lesson learnt from keyless or choose your room at booking. Otherwise excellent stay. Concierge got us into Bern's Steakhouse (thanks). Lovely room. Great pool. Excellent breakfast. Brilliant staff. 27 February 2015
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 Worst hotel in chain I arrived as an ambassador member and stayin in 5 Intercontinantal properties this week in 8 days to find out I couldn't have a room upgrade because hf the hotel was still dirty from late checkouts. This was at 7pm. I waited for 25 minutes to check in while some other customer occupied 2 check in clerks. When I did finally get a room the wifi wouldn't work and I was charged for water cause none was in the room. 26 February 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 Warm Welcome Arrived via shuttle provided by the hotel and received a warm welcome from the front desk. The room was clean, comfortable and very quiet. Two restaurants offered choices for either a quick bite or a leisurely dinner. 26 February 2015
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Nice enough The hotel looks nice, the ambiance is satisfactory, but nothing makes this hotel stand out as being particularly above average. It's about what I'd expect from a nice Holiday Inn, but doesn't match my previous experience with the Intercontinental brand, and in that sense I left disappointed. The hotel was nice enough to stay when someone else was picking up the tab, but I don't think I would've paid close to what I did for a pleasure trip, knowing what the hotel has to offer. 25 February 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Perfect Romantic Get-A-Way Quiet, understated elegance - that's what I feel when I enter our room at the Intercontinental - ahhhh! Great restaurants within walking distance, nice lounge off of the lobby area, breakfast buffet yummy with many gourmet selections you don't normally see at other buffets. Bed oh so comfy, shower and bath nice - with bathrobes too - very lux! Hubby and I love this hotel! 23 February 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great room and excellent service Overall great stay no issues with interContinental. Traffic getting in and out of hotel was at times quite difficult. Parking garage probably be a little better lighted also parking/hotel access signs could be displayed a little better. 22 February 2015
