Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by My Stay with ICHR One word can only describe my experience...SUPERB! Cleanliness, accommodations, amenities, staff, and the food is outrageously excellent. I went down the list on the menu from steaks to seafood to dessert. Room service is amazing too. Location was so central to airport, University of Tampa and getting around is so easy. Sleep qualify is great. I did not hear any noise at all although one of the elevators was being services. 25 August 2014

The staff at Shula's located in the hotel made me feel at home. The hotel from room to lobby to outside areas was extremely clean. 24 August 2014
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Noisy!!! We specifically requested a quiet room prior to our early flight. Even accepted a handicapped to get this. This room was right next to the elevator cables! We were settled in before realizing this and couldn't bring ourselves to endure the hassle of a room change. Morning staff said we should have done that. Don't they know where these rooms are and that it is really an inconvenience to relocate? 21 August 2014

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Room comfort, parking, courtyard, bed Room 805 was very warm. Poor AC output on the fan. The room stayed warm all night. The maintenance man was very kind and helpful but didn't fix the problem. The excuse given was the rooms on this side of the building stay warmer than other rooms. Service brought up a box fan which didn't help. I was given an extra 500 points on my IHG rewards card for the inconvenience. The parking deck was not easy to find. The attendant gave a couple of turning directions but failed to mention the parking deck entrance is midway down the side of the back of the building and no signage to point that out. The parking deck appeared to be a relic, not impressed. Courtyard: boring Bed: hard as a rock, not impressed. 18 August 2014

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Subways-Sandwiches in mini-bar? After checking into our nice and comfortable room, we checked out the minibar. We found two halfway eaten sandwiches from Subways and two open bags of chips, clearly left by the guest before. We contacted the front desk and the lady was very apologetic and told us that she would send someone to pick it up. Well, we still had them the next morning and just threw them out. I don't know what was more disappointing: the fact of a clearly not cleaned room or the lack of response by the front desk. We did enjoy the hotel, the free parking, the nice beds and it was very quiet, which we loved. Though for a "luxury" hotel food-leftovers are not acceptable so we can give only a "good" overall rating. Sorry, guys! 16 August 2014
