Rated 4.1 out of 5 by 451 reviewers.
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 Intercontinental standard? I'm not sure that this property is up to the standard set by Intercontinental. It felt more like an upgraded Holiday Inn Express. The windows are not able to block out the sound from outside. The bath room was tiny and no counter space. The lobby / check in area is un-impressive. On the plus side, the price was quite good. And I liked the free parking. 29 January 2015
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 Note to Self: AVOID this hotel I'm staying in room 508 on an Alaska Airlines voucher, because I voluntarily got bumped from my flight yesterday. I have to say this has been the one and I hope only mediocre experience I've ever had at an IHG hotel. Where do I start? The room is claustrophobic and note to housekeeping - some paint might finally get rid of those scuff marks on the wall, but what's really awful is that the carpet is stained and sticky in spots - I feel dirty being barefoot on the rug. Also, I'm being charged for internet usage, which IHG makes a big deal about being free for IHG Rewards members, and the clerk who checked me in couldn't bother to tell me about the amenities available, like the fitness room on the 7th and the pool on the 9th floor - I overheard it from another clerk who was checking in my niece a few minutes later. The room is beautifully appointed however. 27 January 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent Intercontinental Hotel service checking in was great with an upgrade to a suite-full window views to the city, gulf, etc. Can't miss with their famous restaurant. Had enough time in the morning for the exercise/workout room top floor. This was our 4th or 5th leisure trip in as many years, so will definitely return. 25 January 2015
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Looks nice but... It's a very nice property, but I couldn't get any sleep there because the walls seem pretty thin when I can here every conversation going on outside of my room. The military seems to have made me a light sleeper so this kept me up most nights - with one group going on until 5AM! 23 January 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Good Business Travel Hotel You can't beat the location - very accessible to just about everything. Hotel I would be ideal for business travel. Not really up to par for children. Pool very small. Room could have been cleaner. Lamp shades were stained. Beds were comfy, though. Ridiculous that you have to pay extra for WIFII or for a refrigerator. Those two things are standard in most other hotels. 21 January 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Awesome service I was so surprised - they had gluten free breakfast items and exceptional fruit! The staff was pleasant and parking was easy. Will stay again when in the area! 21 January 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Tampa IC Good, But Not Great I enjoy the staff and service as well as the ability to order from Shula's Steak house for in-room dining. The shuttle to and from the airport is quite convenient, though it does not run in time for early flights, As a Royal Ambassador, I am used to rooms with a more utilitarian layout and more luxuriant touches. The shower was functional, but nowhere near as nice as the rainshower versions in other IC hotels. The lack of a club lounge is a real negative. 21 January 2015
