Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Exceeded my expectations The bed was so comfortable that it was difficult to get out of it when my alarm clock went off! The buffet breakfast was the most delicious assortment of food I have seen at a breakfast buffet (definitely 1000% better than any other hotel). The staff was also very friendly and willing to accommodate any of my needs. 20 October 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great Hotel stay Interrupted by a bad battery Intercontinental Tampa is a great hotel - people are freindly and very accommodating. Unfortunately for us our 1st night;s sleep was interruppted at 3 a.m. by a bad battery in the smoke detector. No engineering staff on site and the front desk people had no idea of how to fix the issue. We finally changed rooms at 3:30 a.m. Paying attention to the details is how you exceed your customers expectations - Intercontinental failed this test and blemished what otheriwse was a great stay. 20 October 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by excellent experience I came to attend a wedding at your property in Tampa,FL. When I arrived I was greeted by a young lady named Megan and was extremely pleasant and made sure I received a room upon my arrival and the room was gorgeous and I was able to get ready to attend a friend's wedding. Megan assisted me & gave me excellent directions to the wedding hall. Next day at check out she asked if I had a good tome at the wedding and was sweet. She was very hospitable upon my stay and if I ever return to Tampa I will stay at your property and hope to see Megan working. 16 October 2014
