The food could not have been any more delicious. All of the wait staff were very courteous and helpful.My husband and I were extremely pleased. We had so many positive comments from our guests about our party in general and the food. Also very positive about their rooms and staff. July 3, 2015
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Noisy and poor sleep My main issue with the stay was that our room was right next to the ice machine. This was problematic for two reasons: (1) I am a light sleeper and had difficulty sleeping due to the noise inherently made by the machine; (2) The increased noise due to foot traffic/conversations late at night to the ice machine also made it difficult to sleep. I called front desk requesting to be moved and unfortunately, even as an IHG rewards member, could not be accomodated. The fix was to have the engineers look at the machine. A little customer service and upgrade under the circumstances would have gone a long way to make my stay in Tampa a whole lot nicer. While the room itself was furnished very nicely, the space was akwardly set up. Very tight quarters between the bed and the TV console as well as the space between the bathroom door and the toilet. The bathroom was not accomodated with a fan as well. Unfortunately, I will not be staying at this facility in the future. July 1, 2015
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Wrongfully charged, then over charged. It's a gorgeous hotel; Comfortable, classy, and elegant. We stayed do to the fact out flight was delayed and our airlines had given us a voucher for one night stay. Nice room, comfortable bed, we were more then pleased. Was not till the following days after that we noticed our card, the one we had to keep on file for incidentals, was charged for the night. Many phone calls/voice messages later I finally got threw to someone who actually answered the phone and could help me. They informed me I would be reimburse in what would be a few days time. The next day I checked my bank account and noticed I was charged once again! For a night I wasn't even there for. So yet again I had to call and finally I was placed on the phone with the head accountant, a very nice man, who had informed me that after I was reimbursed, then I was again charged. This is suppose to be a well organized top rated hotel and this has been one of my must frustrating stays. We are in our 20s and expecting our first child in less then a month and I do not appreciate how I have to monitor my bank account even more then I did because of this hotel. I now have to wait days for my money to be put back and find away to handle my impending bills because I was charged not once, but twice for a room that was suppose to be free and a reimbursement will take days to actually go through. You can't call yourself a high Quality hotel and then be more unreadable then a low grade motel. June 30, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Tampa InterContinential from a BUsienss Travelers Perspective Nice property, very convenient, only drawback is that it is located on the corner of a very busy intersection (West Kennedy). Restaurant in the hotel was very nice, albeit somewhat pricey. Workout facilities are nice and accessible. Hotel might consider having extended hours for the gift and travel shop (closes early in the evening). June 29, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great room, excellent location - be careful of you room location Recently I stayed at this hotel during a routine business trip. The rooms are great - nice little extra amenities that you don't see in hotels any more. Walking across the street to a number of restaurants for dinner is a nice plus. Be sure to ask for a room away from the elevators - they run all night long. June 27, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Apologies Very nice stay while visiting my son in Tampa. Chose the hotel because a friend owns a local brewery and we were to spend that night hanging out. Quiet hotel, good restaurant and shops outside the doors were great place to pick up a cigar. Unfortunately my room mate had a little too much libation and made a small mess in the hall. Before I could call the front desk, they were already sending someone up to take care of it. My apologies to the staff. They were very pleasant despite the circumstances and the rest of our stay was uneventful. Highly recommend. June 26, 2015
