Japan & Micronesia Hotels Spring Sale Week – Terms & Conditions 

The Japan & Micronesia Spring Sale Week (the “Promotion”) is valid only for selected bookings made from 12pm (JST) on 25 March to 23:59  (JST) on 31 March 2026 (“Booking Dates”) at participating IHG branded hotels in Japan, Guam and Saipan for stays between 28 March 2026 and 31 December 2026  (“Stay Dates”) using the ‘Book Early & Save’ or ‘Advance Saver’ rates (the “Promotion Rate”) during the Booking Dates. The Promotion is available to IHG One Rewards members and the public during the Booking Dates. 

The Promotion is valid across participating InterContinental Hotels & Resorts, Vignette Collection, Hotel Indigo, voco hotels, Crowne Plaza Hotels & Resorts, Holiday Inn Hotels & Resorts, Holiday Inn Express, Garner in Japan, Guam and Saipan. See our website for full details of participating hotels.  Six Senses Hotels, Resorts & Spas are not included in this Promotion.   

The Promotion offers an up to 25% discount off the hotel’s best flexible rate either for the Book Early and Save Rate or the Advance Saver Rate. For bookings made directly through IHG channels, IHG One Rewards members receive an additional 5% off of the aforementioned public rate for participating properties in Japan, Guam and Saipan. You must be an IHG One Rewards member at the time of booking to qualify for the member rates. 

Rates are per room, per night based on single or double occupancy at participating hotels and subject to availability during the Stay Dates. 

Book Early & Save Rate

For bookings made within 29 days prior to arrival, the Book Early & Save rate in this Promotion will apply. Bookings must be made at least three (3) days in advance of arrival at the selected participating hotel.

The Book Early and Save rate is non-refundable, with full payment for the full stay due at time of booking. No refunds if changes or cancellations are made to the booking. Cancellation and no-show policy apply. Once a reservation is confirmed, your credit card will be charged between the time of your booking and your check-in date for the total amount shown, regardless of whether the reservation is used or not. If you do not arrive at your hotel to check in on your arrival date, your booking will be canceled, and you will not receive a refund. 

Advance Saver Rate

For bookings made  thirty (30) days or more in advance of arrival in this Promotion, the Advance Saver rate will be applicable for bookings at participating properties that offer this rate. Bookings must be made at least thirty (30) days in advance of arrival at the selected participating hotel and no prepayment is required for bookings under the Advance Saver Rate. Bookings can be cancelled or changed free of charge more than thirty (30) days prior to the arrival date. If the booking is cancelled within 30 days of arrival, a one-night charge will be applied to your credit card. 

Some participating properties in this Promotion do not offer the Advance Saver rate and therefore the Book Early & Save rate applies at these participating properties when you book. Review the rate details at the time of reservation so that you are booking the most suitable rate for your needs.

General Terms for the Promotion

Blackout dates (days when the offers may  not be available at participating hotels) apply and rates are subject to availability. Tax, service charge, credit card surcharges are not included for most of participating properties. In-room dining purchases, minibar purchases, private dining and other hotel incurred charges are excluded from the discount. City taxes may apply in some cities.

Certain room types such as premium rooms and suites may be excluded from the promotional rate offered by participating hotels. Participating hotel policies may vary regarding the number of guests allowed per room. Credit card guarantee is required to make a booking. Final bill will be in the hotel local currency.

The Promotional Rates are not applicable to group bookings. Unused components do not have a cash value and are non-refundable. Certain participating hotels may impose early departure fees. The final bill will be in the hotel’s local currency. 

The Promotion is not valid with any other offer, discount, or promotion. 

At Holiday Inn, Kids 12 years and under stay for free sharing parent’s guest room in existing bedding and eat free from the all-day dining restaurant with an accompanying paying adult guest. 

Bookings made through IHG Brand websites, IHG App, CRO or directly at hotel qualify for IHG One Rewards Points for IHG One Rewards members.
