A nice way to travel around the city is by using the free CAT bus service with four defined routes that will take you to popular inner city attractions free of charge. Perth is regarded as one of the windiest cities in the world. It's a great idea to bring a jacket, even though it is sunny.
Be sure to visit Fremantle. This satellite city encouraged the initial growth and development of Perth.
