Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable and Relaxing In business travel, one looks for comfort and relaxation from a hotel. Holiday Inn at San Jose Airport met that expectation. The staff was very friendly from check-in. The room was had nice updated decor and comfortable. When I revisit San Jose, this'll be my go-to hotel. July 4, 2015
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Don't go chasing waterfalls Around midnight of our last night at the hotel, water started pouring out of the trapdoor above our shower. We called the front desk and were told that an "engineer" would be sent up right away. After no one showed up, we called back about 20 minutes later to be told (by a different person) that there aren't any engineers available after 11pm. Eventually the water stopped on its own, but we wound up only getting four hours of sleep before our flight -- while the staff apparently didn't find it necessary to do anything about WATER COMING OUT OF THE CEILING. The front desk moved me, conveniently, across the hall. I appreciated the friendliness of the shuttle driver, front desk, and maintenance person. July 2, 2015

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Not the same property Lets start, I am a Platinum member and have stayed at this hotel several times over the past few years. it is convenient to the airport and has always been exceptional in the past. This trip was anything but exceptional. First there are either no electrical outlets or they are covered by alterations or cabinets that need to be moved to be accessible, then the maid moves them back every day. The food has become overpriced and not what it used to be, the morning buffet is lacking selection and quality. I ordered a room service Pizza that was like cardboard, must have been a frozen variety $12.00 plus a room service charge and a tip. should have called Pizza Hut. Our last night we had a 6 am flight and went to bed at 8:30 pm at midnight the fire alarm went off and the building was evacuated, I overheard the fireman state the security guard pulled the alarm box by mistake he thought it was a light switch. We were on the executive floor room 931. There are new owners of this hotel and what I observed has been an increase in pricing and a reduction in staff, service, and quality. I will not be back. By the way I was a Director of Engineering for Holiday Inns for several years and know how things should be. June 1 of this year we were at the Intercontinental hotel in San Juan, Puerto Rico and I cannot say enough about this hotel they are fabulous from the property, to the staff, to the quality received. I hope this is a wake up call to the new owners in San Jose, John, Ocean City Maryland June 26, 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by 湯船に入りたかった 湯船の栓が壊れていて栓が出来ませんでした。 FLTが遅れたこともあり、湯船に入って疲れを落としたかったので残念でした。 また、ホテルの部屋および、Frontにも貸出し用の栓抜きがなく、買ってきてしまっていたビールが飲めなかったのは残念でした。 この地区の他のホテルではワインオー��ナーや栓抜きの貸出しは準備されている事が多いです。 フロントの対応は、チェックイン、アウト、シャトルの対応を含めて満足のいくものでした。 June 21, 2015
