A lovely hotel. A more pleasurable experience than we have had in the past with some Holiday Inns. As vegetarians, we found the breakfast selection limited. The price was steep for the offerings.
We were pleased with the quality and proximity to the airport and will stay there again.

Super helpful staff from front desk, housekeeping, bar, dining room and auxiliary staff. Rooms very comfortable and clean. Very nice buffet for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Always fresh. Front desk very helpful in arranging safe, friendly, affordable taxis. Language barrier not much of a problem. One of nicest Holiday Inns we've visited.

While the hotel is very visible form the Airport it is not clear on how to get there. However, once there it is a great place to relax between flights.

Excellent hotel super conveniently located next to airport. I went twice and will come again. Spacious superb rooms.

No hot water for shower in the morning. First hotel in 6 weeks of travel that could not provide that amenity. Girl at front desk did not really care, unresponsive. Otherwise room and service was very good. Have a room booked for a night in July again, hoping hot water is available. Location to airport is a key factor for me at this hotel, a good nights sleep and hot shower. Maybe next time, my previous nights at this hotel have been flawless and very enjoyable.

this holiday in is the nicest one I have ever stayed in. I gernerally try to avoid them as they are mostly older and not good values.
this one is brand new and has service staff that makes you fell like you are in an expensive hotel. It is also walking distance from the airport baggage claim area.
our problem is that we had a few pounds of laundry cleaned since we had been on the Galapagos boat for eight days. we did not look at the itemize rate schedule since we figured the charge would be 20-30 dollars.
when we went to check out the laundry bill was $89!!
the hotel would not do anything about and just shrugged their shoulders saying there were a lot of items. Yeah including a lot of socks and underwear and the shirts were laundered not pressed and folded or anything.
They should have offered to contact the laudry and halved the bill

toda mi estadia fuè muy buena la unica sugerencia que puedo indicar seria ampliar el espacio para el desayuno en algunos dias y segun los horarios no se encuentra facilmente lugar en la s mesas
