Good choice of hotel that is reasonably priced. Staff excellent and room good for what you pay. Breakfast was very good. dinner choices limited but food was tasty

Für einen Kurzaufenthalt gut geeignet um die Sehenswürdigkeiten der Stadt zu erkunden. Aussicht vom Hotelzimmer auf die Docks, aber tagsüber waren wir ohnehin nicht da. Preis/ Leistung o.k.

Very good hotel? Clean, comfortable and easy access. Not very far from the airport. Many restaurants at walking distance.

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 The worst experience I ever had with Holiday inn group.
The entire stay was awful and I will never recommend this property to anyone.
The room was not cleaned for 2 days . Front office staffs were very unprofessional.
The property is not at all welcoming and maintains a very low standard .

Easy access to the wonderful SATWA shopping and restaurant street, and not far from the Trade Center. Friendly and very helpful staff. The free breakfast has a limited but adequate range and is plentiful, even with capuccino or latte. I regularly use this nice hotel for exhibition visits, as it is great value for money.

I started badly with the input, and to request the possibility of giving me deyanar the day of arrival, as the last day leaving at 5 am and they said, after consulting the manager, who could not do it and that I would be give a box with the output desyuno me to take.
I have asked in other hotels and never had a negative repueta, only asked to do so upon arrival. The solucuón was not good, and I went to the airport with 4 trays desyuno and can not get on the plane with food.
I was not told that outside the hotel had the chance to have a coffee, that was what he intended, I hope it's hotel policy not serve customers well, nose in the harm.
Another drawback was that we were 4 guests and always left me 3 towels and when I brought it claimed at the earliest opportunity with 40 minutes still slack retreaso tolla night..Conflict is seen among employees.
