And would happily stay at Holiday in Express again and recommend it. However I have found this survey too long, and would be reluctant to complete another one. My suggestion would be to ask what three things did like most? What three things did you dislike most? 19 April 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Good service as usual I have stayed at the Holiday Inn for the last 5 months. The staff are excellent and always more than helpful. Nothing is too much trouble for them and they are always cheerful and happy. They are a team and work well together. I have a soft spot for Christine who looks after breakfast, she is always so cheerful and she would be a loss to the Holiday Inn. Housekeeping are honest and hard working. My belongings have never been touched or tampered with and this means a lot when you are away from home for any length of time. Only one down side, sometimes a Friday or Saturday night can become noisy, especially with children or selfish adults running up and down the corridors. 19 April 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Unexpected gem Never really expect too much of chain hotels on an business park but I was very pleasantly surprised. The reception and bar areas were very clean, tidy and comfortable. The room was large, cool and well appointed. The bathroom had a large and powerful shower. Breakfast was a buffet with some hot items and all very tasty. Best thing though was the staff. Every one seemed genuinely happy and interested. We had a fire alarm in the middle of breakfast which was dealt with quickly and efficiently. We were back before my tea got cold! 14 April 2015
