Great hotel as usual.
The parking lot was hard to navigate and there was no signage to get in off the street so keep that in mind when turning off. I ended up jumping a curb through a truck stop.

The staff was very difficult to get along with and did not want to honor rates that the room was reserved with. At checkout time the attendant could not figure out how to bill out the room and hand wrote a balance of $0.00 on a sheet of paper for a receipt. Next time I travel in the area I will find another place to stay. A guest should be treated with respect not like a piece of dirt. Typically as a Gold Elite member I never have issues when staying in IHG locations.

After having a horrible experience in Rapid City, SD, our stay in Sioux Falls was amazing. The staff was great. The pool and water slide were clean and in excellent condition. We were happy there was a lifeguard to help with the water slide. Breakfast was amazing and was immediately restocked after someone took food. The tables were cleaned as soon as someone left. The room was comfortable and clean.

We enjoyed staying here. Staff was great, room was clean, breakfast was good. A/C didn't keep room as cool as we would have liked, though, but we like our room to be in the low 60's for sleeping. We will stay here again!

First time we were disappointed by a Holiday Inn Express way overpriced. Rooms are shabby and dank, stains all over the carpets in rooms and hallways, rust in the bathtub. Woke up by a drunk at 2:30 am and didn't receive any apology from the front desk. Pretty disappointed for the price we were charged.

We were an unexpected large group, and the staff handled getting us rooms and getting checked in late at night promptly and professionally. Rooms were very clean. Breakfast was easy and had a good selection. Check out was quick and straight forward. Would recommend!
