This hotel stay was the best we ever experienced! The room was quiet, clean and comfortable! We didn't get to use the pool because of thunderstorms, maybe next time. The hotel staff were some of the most polite, friendly and helpful people we've ever met! I only wish we had stayed more than just one night!

A fairly typical Holiday Inn Express; functional, clean and reasonably well-appointed. The major problem is locating the hotel from the adjoining highway. It is tucked back in the trees off I-75 and Cortez Blvd and is almost invisible from the roadway. Zoning seems to have limited the size of the hotel's free-standing sign to a miniscule size on a small side road.
The bathroom is tiny, but clean and functional.
If you book under senior rates, be aware that you must belong to AARP to qualify. The website has an asterisk that says you must be a member of some organization to qualify for AAA or Senior rates, but does not specify AARP.
Overall, the hotel is pleasant for its intended use, overnight accommodations and at a reasonable rate.

The room was nice the bed was a little soft than firm, and the entire place was clean. That's about all I can say good about here. I checked out and realized I have left my book in the room but was already 4 hours down the road. I called the hotel and asked if this could be found and was told nothing was turned into lost and found and I could call back later that evening. I did, no result and even called back the following morning hoping someone would even check the room but I just received a little attitude as if no one even cared. Called one last time just to hear that the housekeeping did not find anything and there was nothing they could do. So now this cost me $250 for a replacement.
