We just stayed the night on our way to Pigeon Forge from Texas. We arrived around 1:30AM and was pleased to be greeted immediately by a very friendly front desk associate. She made the check-in quick and was very professional.
Great place for walkers!! Breakfast not too good

We happened to find this gem of a hotel in the midst of a huge Conservancy where a serene walk Trail is at your back door! We followed the river for a mile through a shaded forest. Magnificent!
This was very important to us to find a nice place to walk before our 8 Hour drive that day.
The breakfast was not too appealing as everything was pre-prepared and no real choices for a gluten free person. I usually travel more prepared than I did for breakfast so I had to settle for yogurt and a banana.

Not a bad stay, but did not meet our expectations of an IHG hotel. I selected this location because the average review was 4.6. The maintenance is lacking in this hotel. The elevator was not air conditioned and the ceiling in the shower was moldy. We had a suite, but the bar area did not have electric, so the coffee pot had to be in the bathroom. The staff seemed distant and did not interact with customers. I would select a different hotel for my next Memphis stay.

Satisfied with room cleanliness, comfortable bed, and good customer service. This location was rather small and crowded compared to other locations I have stayed at. And it is hidden in the back of other properties. The breakfast area is also small and need to be expanded.

The service was great, the bed was very comfortable and the breakfast was very good, the hotel lobby was clean our entire stay and they gave us plenty of towels for the pool. and the bathroom, the conference rooms that we used for our gathering on thursday, friday and saturday night was nice and very spacious, we all enjoyed our stay I have not hear any complaints from may family members the staff was polite and helpful

Desk staff were inconsistent with what they told guests. One staff member said the breakfast room was available all day and night. Another staff member told my family we had to be out by 11pm.

Great hotel. When I travel to Memphis, I stay at this location whenever possible.
