Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Day and 1/2 in AMS Great place to stay, easy airport pick and delivery and great value. The staff is very friendly and the hotel is very clean and up to date. I will stay there again next year at the end of my ski holiday on the way to returning to the states. May I suggest your help the young ladies at the morning breakfast, clean your table for them these ladies have many tasks to do. I cleaned my table and it was much appreciated and it does not cost to do the right thing. February 5, 2016

Any issues were quickly sorted, like when housekeeping accidentally muddled up whether our room was cleaned or not so on our return reception provided clean towels, toilet roll and a free drink! Lovely breakfast room, fresh produce. Good view across water from room, quiet location. SUPERB free hotel shuttle bus from hotel, on time 95% of time (Once delayed as refuelling...fair enough!) All the drivers were safe and friendly, we especially appreciated the joyful exuberance of the driver Kai who couldn't do enough to help us on and off the coach! Thank you very much for an enjoyable stay, we will be back again! ( I will try to learn some more Dutch by then as your English skills were impressive and I felt ignorant for not knowing enough Dutch - sorry.) February 3, 2016
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Good hotel near Schiphol one of many hotel offerings near the airport. my second stay in this hotel was good. it pretty quiet and has ok beds. they seem lower than the standards in the US. hotel staff was great and very welcoming. airport shuttle is available every 20 mins or so. pretty good spot for a last night prior to travel. Le service de navette avec l'aéroport est très pratique et en cas de départ tôt le matin on vous propose le petit dej en "bag in box" avec croissant encore chaud. Plusieurs restaurants a proximité de l'hôtel. En bref ne pas hésiter. February 1, 2016

Counter services was the best for providing information to the customer. transportation to the train and airport was free and access to the train station was available including international trains access. i recommend these to anyone who will travel international and local access. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by good choice for staying near airport We picked this because of it's location near the airport. The hotel was a bit further away than I had thought but they had a shuttle that runs every 40-60mins. you want to book the shuttle time for the morning with the front desk.. I did not like the centralized control of the heating. But the staff was happy to turn up the temp for me. I think this is not unique to this hotel but is not typical in US hotels. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by nice location and experienced staff stayed in Jan it was great as we arrived early and were checked in straight away hassle free including the free shuttle bus from the airport . breakfast was continental which I would of liked a full English as there were no restaurants that close that u could just get one other then that I had a lovely stay and would come again .
