Great stay

Great place to stay for the family. We were in IM for a wedding and the hotel offered good hours for swimming. The Snoozapalooza that had the breakfast until noon was PERFECT for our family so everyone didn't have to rush down to eat. Relaxing weekend. Staff was very kind and helpful and also polite. Would definitely stay again if we needed to.

Why are the majority of room numbers on the walls outside of the rooms not level?

Will definitely stay here again

The hotel and grounds are immaculate. Staff is welcoming, friendly and helpful. Guest room is comfortable, dark and allows for a good night's sleep. The breakfast bar offered turkey sausage, which is rare. Not being a pork eater, this was a neat treat! The information/brochure kiosk of local attractions could be more obvious. We found it by chance near the vending machines off the lobby. Overall, a great experience after a full day's drive.

Attentive Staff

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The staff was professional and extremely helpful. I had difficulty getting to sleep. The air conditioning unit would, like every hotel, turn on and off and keep me up. I could also hear people talking. I went to the front desk and asked if they had a fan that I could use for steady noise. The young lady went to the back room and came out with one. YEAH!!!! She saved my night sleep!!! Thank you! Thank you!
They also allowed us to bring our bicycles into the room with us! We will definitely be staying again at Holiday Inn Express Hotels!

Beds so comfy, I was out like a light

We were traveling to Ohio from MN and stopped by for a good nights sleep. We were not sure how far we would get so did not have reservations planned. It was 11 pm, we were tired and we were greeted by a fresh smile who was pleasant, easy to work with and helpful. The room was clean, not stuffy and the beds were comfy. I think I fell asleep as soon as my head hit the pillow; The Morning staff all were smiles with a pleasant "Hello". To add to that the coffee being good, food was well stocked and the area was kept clean. The one thing we noticed the most was everyone working there looked happy, and were helpful. Not just the front staff, and not a fake smile but a smile with a " Good Morning, How was your sleep?" concern. Little things like that make a big difference and we notice them. Thanks for the stay.
