The front desk person assisted my wife with wi-fi connections. The food is excellent and the restaurant attendee was extremely helpful. Rooms are like new and terrific.

The pool and stairwells were under construction while no note of it was on the website. Stay at the M across the road, it's much nicer anyway.

Internet only worked for me in the lobby where the staff helped me log in. It did not work in my room on the fourth floor.

good experience because I used points for my stay so it didn't cost me a dime. hadn't stayed in a related property for almost 2 years so was threatened with loss of points even tho when I signed up for priority club they said points never expire. been member for over 10 years and don't travel that much, and can't always find one of your properties when I do in NM (like Ruidoso where I will be going next month). the overall experience for this property was way above average as it was a newer property and didn't have that worn-out look. breakfast was above average in options and taste, and the staff was good for the little interaction I had with them. only problem was the internet which I could never access with numerous tries and a call to the front desk. shouldn't have to deal with this kind of issue in this day and age!
