Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Good Stay Impressed with friendliness of front desk staff. Room was large and very nice, with a large clean bathroom. Breakfast was average and when staff came in to check there were no cereal bowls and no effort was made to restock that item. Young man at checkout was very nice and friendly. Hotel should be proud of night staff at check in and at check out February 23, 2015

Because of that, Breakfast food took a long time to be restocked, trash bags were overfilling. Other staff had to help support breakfast to keep it running. However other than breakfast, the pool was great, not too cold and the hottub was warm but the bubbles would not turn on. The room was very clean, quiet, modern, excellent room. February 20, 2015

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Management needs to be more welcoming My wife and I stayed at this hotel during our move to Colorado Springs. I was pulling my car in a moving truck. When you pull into the parking lot, there is a sign stating no trailers or rv's allowed. I was already commited to pulling in so I pulled into the parking lot, the manager at the time was outside and literally was waving at me to get out of the lot. I drove around and parked on the side street. My wife was driving her car and noticed that there were a ton of signs about parking in the lot. There were signs such as "compact car parking only" when the spots could easily fit a truck and "no backing into spots". I understand that management is trying to keep the parking lot orderly but the number of signs and the strictness that they were enforced seemed excessive. Between the manager waving me off to get out of the hotel parking lot and the parking signs, my wife and I both did not feel very welcomed or comfortable during our stay here. My wife even joked that maybe they would come around and do random room inspections. This hotel is very new and the rooms are very nice, but management needs to be more welcoming towards its guests and not put them on-guard when they arrive. February 10, 2015

The only issue is when we get a room facing the highway, the semi noise is loud. Pillows are too soft; but overall its a great stay. February 5, 2015

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Not a great option for business travelers. This hotel was ok. The room was comfortable and clean. My main issue was with the wifi. I was unable to pick up the wifi anywhere outside of the lobby. Because of this I was unable to do any work in the evenings. Some of my coworkers did ask the front desk for cables so they could hard wire to the Internet, but even that didn't work. When they mentioned this to the front desk the next morning they got a response of "Yeah, we have some problems with that." Apparently this has been an issue for months as we heard from some other guests that they had had trouble a while back and it seems nothing has been done to correct the issues. If I'm back in the area I will stay somewhere else where I can work in the evenings. January 30, 2015
