Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by too much happening the first room given was good location but there were cookie crumbs and nail clippings all over the floor. I didn't want to take a chance to see what the bed would look or feel like for sleeping. had a room change and that location was close to the lobby desk which was extremely noisy with guest check ins. Too make things worse.... The siren went off at 6:00 in the morning requiring us to leave the hotel as the alarm was too loud for us to stay in the hotel even though it was a false alarm. They couldn't get the alarm off until two hours later. Since all guests were up we all decided to eat which then they ran out of food as they couldn't keep up with the demand. March 22, 2015

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Friendly Staff Staff was great and always greeting you with smiles. Special Thanks to George for arranging an early check-in after traveling all night with twin boys. Issue's during our stay were minimal but worth making note. Housekeeping - We were getting out of the room after 9am for daily activities, which was past the time they would knock on our door. When we left we always let the housekeeping staff know we were leaving, upon returning to our room we had some of the trash taken out and fresh towels with no other services performed. Pool - Water level was low and it was ice cold during the week, when the weekend came the water level had risen and the pool was warming up, still cold though. March 17, 2015
