Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by bad service by desk clerk We arrived at 5:15 pm and was told our room was not ready. We had to go to an appointment and was told by the receptionist that I would be called. I was not called. When I returned she said she called and left a message. She did not. We have been priority club members for SEVERAL years We come to Rolla several times each year to visit children and grandchildren. Our plan is to stay at another motel in the future. July 29, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great Service! The service at this hotel was impeccable! We were accommodated quickly, needs were met, and places to go were given. Couldn't ask for a better staff! The beds were okay, not as comfortable as some; however, the rooms were nice and very clean. I will definitely being staying again and recommending the property. Thank you again! July 29, 2015

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Decent hotel but breakfast selections not up to usual HIE standards This hotel is typical for Holiday Inn Espress, except that it seemed like an older building (don't know if it really is). The walls are pretty thin and we heard every conversation of the people next door until the wee hours when they finally decided to turn in. The biggest disappointment was at breakfast--I like a nice cup of regular black tea. Every HIE that I have stayed at offers regular black tea (Lipton, Bigelow, others). Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Noise I know that you cannot always control the noise the other guests make and they need to be more courteous of others but there was someone either above my room or next door that had a very heavy walk. They walked fast across the floor and all I heard was "boom, boom, boom." Each time they walked I was awakened. This happened at midnight till 3 a.m. and then began again at about 7 the next morning.
