Do not stay here. The experience is bad. There are two small elevators for a seven floor hotel with probably a 150 or more rooms. The second elevator was not working for most of the four day stay. No concierge assistance. Carry your own luggage in and out. The furniture in the room was cheap. The couch was dirty, probably not cleaned in eons, if at all. The dresser had a drawer that would not close. The breakfast was mediocre. The room had no fan in the shower room and the shower head was defective. No food room service. The hotel was crowded and accessing the elevator required lengthy waits and crowded quarters.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Retiredin2014 great location
Very nice hotel close to almost everything in downtown Savannah. We parked our car on Friday and did not use again until we left on Sunday. The room was clean, breakfast was good, staff was very friendly. There was a problem with one of the elevators that delayed us a bit, but not too bad. Apparently the elevator had been an issue for a few days. We would choose to stay at this location again.

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by pt-109 grossly overpriced & poorly maintained
This hotel is in an excellent location and has a lovely rooftop view, but I have never paid this much for a room even in Manhattan. The biggest problem, however, is with equipment and maintenance, specifically the elevators. There are just 2 elevators in this hotel and only 1 seemed to work reliably. We were stuck in the poorly operating one once (albeit only for a short time), but it appeared to be inoperable for most of our 2 day stay. Further, everyone we rode the elevator with, including many who had been there the entire week, complained of exactly the same problem. So if you do choose to stay here, be prepared to be inconvenienced by very long waits for the elevator.
