The staff is very friendly every time I go there, they even know me by name now which I think is cool. I feel safe when I stay there. I just love the vibe there..

Fantastic customer service on the part of Front Desk Clerk - Tammy! She was professional, always smiling and very helpful from time of phone reservations through 4-day stay. I booked 4 rooms total and all occupants reported this same great service that I experienced! The place was clean and breakfast was plentiful and tasty.
We will definitely stay at this hotel again next year for our Annual May Songwriting Contest-Event.

My stay got cut short because of business travel and I needed to check out a day early and it was already after check out time. The staff was extremely accommodating and let me check out a day early without extra charge.

The "2 Bed Suite" is just a large hotel room with two beds. There is no separate living room or bedroom. The additional cost for the room was a waste of money. Otherwise, the hotel is nice, new and seems very clean. I would recommend it - just don't book the "2 Bed Suite" expecting an actual suite.

Sadly, I will probably never stay in another Holiday Inn... I booked this room online and paid in advance because that was the only option that was given. When we checked in we told them that we would only need the room 1 night rather than 2 like we initially booked. The guy at the desk said he was unable to refund the 2nd night because it was pre-paid, he told us to call customer service. After our conversation with them we found out that only the hotel Manager can do a refund. No where when booking the room or on the confirmation does it say that this is Non-refundable. As a matter of fact, it has a cancellation on the confirmation email and if we cancelled both nights it would have been fine, but since we only cancelled one it can't be done...???? Now the Manager who was supposed to call us back is not taking our calls and avoiding us! Extremely frustrating that they will treat IHG Reward Member like this who stays in hotels on a regular basis...

Beds were very comfortable and the breakfast was really great. The Front desk staff came to our room to give us some tech pointers on using the tv remote control

typical Holiday Inn Express with nice room and great free breakfast.
pool is outside so can't use unless it is summer as it is not heated.
gym just has 3 things -- 2 treadmills and a stepper--that's it
