It was nice to be able to get together with them in the Great Room. Some had come from California, Washington State and Florida. August 25, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Good stay, would recommend I was very pleased with my stay at this property. The front desk staff was able to accommodate my request for a late checkout. My only complaint would be that the wifi was very slow in the morning, but started to get better later in the day (I guess as people were checking out). August 24, 2015

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Untrustworthy staff....extremely disappointed I wish this could be a glowing favorable review of this Holiday Inn, however, my disappointment and extreme dissatisfaction with the staff must be noted. We accidentally left two good California wine bottles in our room's closet. Upon noticing that we had left it, I phoned the hotel immediately and asked them if they had found it. They said they had. I instructed them to keep it safe and my son would be able to pick it up on a designated date. I just got word that my son drove out of his way over 45 minutes to retrieve the bottles thinking that the White River Junction hotel had followed my request. Keep in mind, I contacted them several times regarding this to insure that our property was in safe keeping. The bottles were not there and are missing. I just phoned the hotel and asked for the manager, Sarah, but she if off today. I spoke with David, the front end manager, and he told me the wine was gone and that it had been stored in a coatroom! A COATROOM! Of all places! Needless to say some staff member(s) had some lovely Navarro wine at our expense of over $50! We are extremely loyal Holiday Inn customers and I can't tell you how extremely disappointed I am with this outcome. We just had a three week road trip of which this was part of and stayed at 7 Holiday Inns! I would not trust this location at all and would look elsewhere for a more reliable and honest staff. Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by No Room cleaning. In three days our room was never cleaned. This is unacceptable. The desk staff was courteous and each time we complained wrote a note to housekeeping. There was no follow-through. The room itself was spacious and the location convenient. August 13, 2015
