The staff really went out of their way to help in any way that they could. I believe the rooms had just been freshly painted, it looked nice. The food was okay. There were many choices. They had a great variety of tea as well as coffee. It was very quiet and the beds were comfortable. It is extremely close to Wake Baptist hospital if that is the reason for your visit.

I constantly use the Holiday Inn brand and have always been extremely pleased with the facilities, service, and customer service BUT this time was surprised. The staff especially at check in was cold and unfriendly, our room had construction right next door so all we heard was beating and banging, and when I tried to schedule a second night was unable to use my Rewards Points. What good is it to be a member if you can't use your points.

Staff was great. Lobby really nice and up-to-date. elevator a little out-dated and ran too slow. rooms were nice and pillows were comfortable, bed was a little too firm for me though. Noise outside of the room sounded too close and did interrupt some of my quite time. The internet dropped off too frequently. All these are minor issues and Overall, it was a nice hotel and the area was nice, plenty of restaurant choices. I would stay again if in the area.
