All good, no complaints, nice room, had all we needed, Bathroom was nice, staff were nice, friendly, it was clean.
Breakfast was somewhat chaotic though ! For such a big hotel, the breakfast serving area was really quite small and inadequate for the hotels needs, there were people everywhere, and mainly i think because of lack of space it was somewhat dis organised !

Sehr gutes HIEX, Zimmer haben Refresh, Frühstücksraum schön. Variantenreiches Frühstück.
Standard bis 10:00h am Samstag bis 10:30 das sind super Zeiten. Hotel liegt sehr zentral.
Aber auch sehr frequentiert. Will mann in Ruhe frühstücken, sollte man bis 08:00h kommen
Perfect Place not too far from Central London

Last leg of my Europe trip is 2 Nights in London and I chose perfect place. I tried to avoid Central London due to traffic and noise. And this hotel location is perfect, nearby bus stop, 1 stop to Main Central Station Stratford, walking distance to park etc.
The staffs all are welcoming and making our stay comfortable as ever.
Request for extra hours as my flight is late evening, and immediately approved by the staff, only asking me if I am member of IHG. Really glad I've been racking IHG membership since past 5 years.

Lovely hotel, very friendly and helpful staff. Room was spotless. All accessible needs catered for. Breakfast was very tasty. Location excellent for Abba Voyage and Olympic Stadium. Also public buses right outside the door for our trips to central London.
Overall a very pleasant experience

This hotel is great value, clean and friendly. Delicious breakfast (no rubber scrambled eggs). Hotel of choice when at London Aquatic Centre.

We stay one night to go see ABBA voyage (fantastic).
I can not fault this hotel every was great the location, the staff, the breakfast and the rooms would recommend

I had a great stay at the Holiday Inn Express – the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and overall it was really good value for money. The room was clean and comfortable, and everything I needed was provided. I gave it a 9 out of 10 because, unfortunately, I had a bad experience with the hairdryer in the room, which ended up burning my hair. Aside from that, everything else was excellent, and I’d definitely consider staying again.

The hotel staff are efficient and friendly. The breakfast was good with reasonable option for vegetarians- I loved the pancake machine! The bedroom was fine, quite basic but comfy and quiet and clean. The hotel is near a bus stop and its not far from Stratford station, shops, restaurants and theatre. I found the bar/restaurant area a little too impersonal, with tables close together and TVs on. Overall- good and will book again

We stayed at this hotel to attend the Abba Voyage concert, as did many of the guests. It was the perfect location and only a 10 minute walk to the venue. The Stratford High Street tube station was less than a 10 minute walk away too, which made getting to and from the hotel easy.
The staff were welcoming and friendly. We ate our evening meal at the hotel, which was good and reasonably priced. Breakfast was very busy, but we didn't have to wait and there was plenty of food, constantly being replenished.
The rooms were as expected for an Express, but were clean and comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. We would definitely recommend this hotel.

A great hotel to stay in for our trip to ABBA Voyage and for a spot of shopping at Westfield. Helpful reception staff, nice room and excellent breakfast.

Whilst the hotel is perfect for the majority of its guests for those guest who need a greater level of accessibility, especially in the bathroom it’s not ideal. The hotel has a full wet room but the entrance to the wet room is via a very short steep ramp. Which makes using a mobile shower chair impossible.
