We needed a room close to the stadium. 5-10 mins walk from Tube station. Twin room was comfortable and everything needed for a leisure trip. Tea/coffee, iron, air con, hair dryer. Beds were comfy. Bathroom on the small side, but perfectly functional.
All staff we encountered were lovely, friendly and professional.
Breakfast was really good in terms of offering and quality. We were warned it got busy at certain times, which was true! Staff did very well keeping tables and dining area clean and tidy.

The Hotel is perfect. The rooms are quiet and spacious, the showers extra big, with all amenities available. The Breakfast is absolutely magnificent. The food is delicious with a large variety of items readily available. The staff who work in the busy breakfast room are brilliant and discreetly keep it in perfect order. The Director is a kind, and hands on, person. I’d go back to the hotel for the breakfast alone 😀

The hotel is clean and staffs are nice, while the breakfast is the same every day, otherwise everything is great! Perfect for business trips. It is also quite close to train station, very convincing. Not much to complain.

This was a really good place to stay and close to the o2 for a concert I visited. They were really helpful when I had accidentally left my charger and usb cable in the hotel room which I then picked up a few days later overall one of the better holiday inns I have visited.
Great value! Let down by room visit.

Really good value for a stay in London. Let down by a member of staff opening our door in the morning without knocking with other people. I was staying in 518. This was not acceptable as there were people undressed.All other staff were very friendly.

We stayed here for ABBA voyage . It was an ideal place to stay walking distance to the stadium and the railway station .
As soon as we ended the staff we’re welcoming and friendly . Our room was spot on clean tidy and quiet .
Breakfast was lovely and plenty of choice .
Will 100% stay here again

We had a truly great 2 night stay at this hotel, the staff are all very friendly and helpful.
All areas of the hotel are lovely and clean and in a very good state of repair.
The breakfast was very nice and complimentary with the room which I do really appreciate with Holiday Inn express hotels.
The location of the hotel is within a 10 minute walk of both Stratford train/tube
stain and around the London Stadium both easily accessible on foot.
I would certainly book this hotel again if I need to stay in this area of London, it has a very nice vibe running throughout the place.

Another good stay in the Holiday Inn Express Stratford. Location is great with so much public transport. Key things is the staff that are friendly and efficient - and there are lots of them too. Rooms all fine - mine was very clean. Evening menu limited but I had a good meal. Plus the staff provided me with plate and KFS for my take away on one night. Have already got rooms booked in the future. A good sign!

Ahmed has always given us exceptional service since we have been visiting your hotel. He anticipates our every need. Ensuring the gates to the carpark are open on my arrival (as I am disabled). Ensuring a saucer of decaffeinated tea bags and extra sugar and milk are there on my arrival. Also, many thanks to Tanveer and Rifath for their kindness and consideration as well.

Always stay at Stratford’s Holiday Inn Express due to its original and continued support to the ABBA VOYAGE development since 2023. People come from all over the world to enjoy ABBA’s legacy culminating with the third anniversary on 27/05/25. The hotel should continue to embrace this in their promotion and digital information. I even think they should run a hotel coach as a dedicated pick up/drop off from the hotel to 1 Pudding Lane!
