Efficient check-in and welcome surprise awaiting us in the room to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Great beach location and Kudos go out to Smitty (beach attendant), Manager Eddie (Coral Breakfast Buffet restaurant), Wanethka for handling our pre-checkin requests and all the smiling happy staff making our entire stay that much more enjoyable.

We love the wide beach area at the Holiday Inn, the nicest on Palm Beach. Great beach bar, Edward and his crew are wonderful people and love to be there. Probably our 8th time here at the Holiday Inn, we will come back again.

The staff at the Holiday Inn Aruba are so accommodating and friendly. We were sent a fruit plate from the management as we were celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary which was just so nice of them to recognize us. The property is extremely well maintained. The bedding was comfortable with various pillow firmness options. Our floor was very quiet. I love that the majority of the rooms are ocean view.

Overall we had a great experience here. This holiday inn is an a great location if you’re not wanting to drive anywhere to grab food or go shopping. It’s all right there within walking distance. You are also in close proximity to eagle beach, Arashi beach, Boca Catalina, tres trapi, etc. All of the above beaches are within a 5-10 min drive. Had a great stay and would consider coming back the next time we visit Aruba. I will say that it would be nice if microwaves were included in the room. Nice size mini fridge but no way to reheat your food if you have leftovers.

The hotel is in a beautiful location, the two rooms we booked were next to each other but not adjoining, and in a slow time of year when there were many open rooms I didn’t understand why but whatever, Joshua at the front desk was very rude. Short snarky remarks from him really rubbed me the wrong way when we checked in.

We stayed September 8-12. Davies. Brigitte is a sweetheart. You need a lot more of her. We like the entertainment at night need more. Need music nu the pool. Waiter asking what you need by the pool. You would sell liquor. I love love the first floor. When we got there no one to offer refreshments and to bring our luggage to our room. We travel a lot and Holiday Inn is the first for us. The rooms need a lot of upgrades and take the carpet up in the hallways. Fresh coat of paint in the hallways will make it look new. Overall it was comfy. Thank you so much and all so thank your staff.

I have been staying at the Holiday Inn Aruba since 2018, 2-3 times a year. Great location, right on Palm Beach. After my 1st stay, never considered staying anywhere else.

Holiday Inn has the best location in Aruba. The rooms are a short walk to the beach, pools & local stores. Restaurants are close too.
