В ванной розетка не поддерживает 220 вт. Чтобы сушить волосы необходимо делать это в комнате перед зеркалом, НО единственная розетка находить внизу у плинтуса и соответсвенно приходится делать это сидя на полу!!!
Давление воды постоянно скачет, что в душевой что в раковине.
Унитаз смонтирован выше среднего. Затекают ноги, сидишь на цыпочках. Мой рост 176 см.
Карты постоянна размагничиваются от телефонов (IPhone все сейчас с магнитами) и каждый раз приходится перезаписывать ключи на ресепшене.

Ice rink, stadium, velodrome, martial arts palace are all at walking distance. The bus stop is close to the hotel. Botanical garden is also very close. Rooms are relatively small, but very clean.

Nice place with great staff. Seems a bit out of the way but actually quiet central. well priced, good bed and comfy. only problem for me was poor shower both morning and evening ne ochen that - but overall good

I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Express in Astana, and overall, it was a nice experience. The hotel is located a bit farther from the main attractions of the city, but it’s still manageable if you don’t mind a short commute. The rooms were clean and comfortable, providing everything needed for a pleasant stay.
One of the highlights was the breakfast, which offered a good variety of options to start the day right. Additionally, the hotel cafe has special offers every day, which was a nice bonus for grabbing a quick bite or enjoying a coffee in a cozy setting.
All in all, it’s a solid choice for a stay in Astana if you’re looking for comfort and convenience at a good price.
identified issues during the stay

Overall, I enjoyed the stay. However, I would like to highlight a few areas for improvement:
1. The heating (air conditioner) is not coping with warming up the room, and this is not the first time it has happened. I believe this issue needs significant improvement.
2. I found plastic residue on the ironing board (almost ruined my clothes).
3. The bottom part of the fixed side of the shower door is not secured, causing water to spill out of the shower.
4. Last time, I found an open bottle of water!
5. The alarm clock, which is set on the TV, does not work.
6. The offered ARBA Wine was very disappointing. Several people had a severe headache in the morning after just two glasses.
I would suggest addressing these points.

Had a wonderful relaxing vacation in Astana with my fiancé. Enjoyed the atmosphere of the city and the accommodations were superb. Staff was friendly and helpful, the meals were superb, and the facility was very nice. Thank you!
