The staff is so sweet and friendly. The breakfast is amazing, they also have coffee on demand 24/7, fresh brew each cup. The outside patio with the fireplace was so nice and relaxing.

A group of rooms were booked for team tournament with confirmation numbers. Check-in was a nightmare! Half the bookings were cancelled or modified unbeknownst to any of the parents who were booked to the rooms. Hotel staff blamed corporate and/or the internet for the reason the rooms were cancelled and said the confirmation number doesn't mean anything. Albeit the rooms were booked thru the front desk at hotel via phone and confirmation emails were received for the bookings. Several parents had to make impromptu arrangements after a long drive to find rooms. Hotel was overbooked. Hours of time were wasted among parents to find lodging. To add insult to injury, all the parents who had unexplainable cancelled rooms were also charged for their stay because their CC was on record. Breakfast on weekend is from 7 AM to 10 AM. With an overbooked hotel, most breakfast items were gone before 8 AM and not replenished. Items that were replenished were done very slowly leading to many upset guests. No concessions to the hotel rate were offered for all the troubles the team incurred. While the rooms were clean, I attribute this to being new. The customer service was a terrible experience. Consider other accommodations if you want certainty in having a room.

The check in was good quick and easy. The bathroom was dirty and floor was messed up. Breakfast is severed a little later than wished. House keeping h forgot to leave wash cloths.

I got to my room late (almost midnight) after a long day. When I pulled down the sheets on one of the beds, it was stained (with what looked like blood). I was too tired to change rooms. So I checked the second bed. It looked clean enough so I slept in that one.
When I told the desk clerk in the morning and showed him the picture, all he said was “eeew. I’m sorry”. And that was it. He made no attempt to rectify the situation.
Overall the hotel was ok. Breakfast was decent, but I was quite disappointed with the lack of cleanliness or customer service.
The room and bathroom were very clean. The shampoo, conditioner, and body cream provided are good quality. The shower was hot and plenty of linens .

The staff were all friendly & helpful. I especially was impressed with the lady working the breakfast room. She asked if I needed help or if I wanted anything . I thought she was just very nice and welcoming. The man who checked us in was also very nice. Great accomodations and experience at this hotel.
Wonderful service, nice spacious clean rooms.

Hotel service from checking in to departure was excellent. The rooms were very spacious, beds were comfortable with soft pillows. The bathroom was very clean and spacious. The breakfast had nice healthy choices for adults to children. Highly recommend staying here.
Frustrating Experience Despite Nice Facilities

Our stay at this hotel was disappointing from the start. The address provided directed us to Lonoke, AR—a town 30 minutes away—causing unnecessary confusion and delay. We encountered several issues during our stay:
Negatives:
Incorrect Address: The provided address led us to Lonoke, AR, which is 30 minutes away from the hotel’s actual location.
Noisy Room Location: We were assigned a bottom-level room right next to the exit, which was extremely noisy and woke us up two hours earlier than planned.
Poor Breakfast Experience: Breakfast was supposed to be served from 7–10 AM, but when we arrived at 9:15 AM, the main course (eggs, sausage, potatoes)and cinnamon rolls were already gone.
Positive:
The hotel itself was nice, and the rooms were clean and modern, which we appreciated.
Unfortunately, these positives didn’t make up for the overall frustrating experience.
