We only stayed to clean up after a Legoland trip, but overall the hotel was nice, staff was friendly, and everything was easy to find. There was no mention of how to access the waterpark, which was included according to the reservation we made, but otherwise everything was decent.

The hotel staff was amazing as far as the actual hotel it needs upgrades it’s very old and smells old like mildew the plugs are loose the bathroom you can tell all the wear and tear on the building in general it’s ok option if it’s your last option with upgrades I would recommend without no

We stayed only 2 days at this hotel and will be the last time. Here is some items to highlight:
- The breakfast was a joke. The kitchen completely ran out of plates, and did not make enough food for all of the guests. It appeared that only 1 person was working in the kitchen and then extra employees were brought over to help and they all had horrible attitudes. The breakfast area literally ran out of all of the food that was put out, all items in small refrigerator (milk, yogurts etc.), bread, bagels and left about 15 people with paper bowls waiting on pancakes. The batter for the pancakes was not mixed/Massaged before being placed in machine and the pancakes came out horrible. This was a complete train wreck in the morning. Two of the employees were laughing at the sight of everyone waiting on food.
- was not acknowledged for being Diamond nor did our bonus points get deposited.
- water pressure in shower was at a minimal with small amount of water coming out.
- no liquid soaps, only very small shell-like soaps were available.
- Hotel has 1 elevator and is clearly not enough for the amount of guests for 4 floors.
I have stayed at many different locations throughout the country and this location truly ranks at the bottom. Very disappointed to say the least and in a nice way.

We had no pillows, no towels, no shower curtain, no tv remote and no coffee maker in the room. We had three people and the front desk was only able to bring us three pillows. We had to shower with no shower curtain and have puddles all over the floor. The room was definitely not ready for guests when they assigned it to us. We asked to change rooms and were told no. We received no apology and no rewards points or refund or anything despite the terrible room.

I booked this hotel in Orlando expecting multiple pools, tiki bars, and entertainment as shown in their ads. In reality, there was only one pool—and it had a dangling light fixture in the water, which felt unsafe. The misleading advertising was a big letdown. Would not recommend.

El Hotel es muy bueno. Solo deben mejorar varias cosas: el agua caliente de la ducha que nunca existió para nosotros y ampliar el área de dayuno. El personal muy amable. La habitaciones cómodas y el complejo en su totalidad bueno.

The reception staff are extremely friendly, but the guy who greeted us on Saturday night, May 28, 2025, speaks perfect Spanish and was very, very kind. He gave us perfect directions on how to take the free bus to Magic Kingdom and explained perfectly how we could enjoy the resort.

Great location. It’s away from the hustle and bustle of the different parks but close enough to visit them all. The hotel is located within a resort property that gives you access to many amenities:pools, playgrounds, food, and drinks.
Electrical downfall

The electrical outlets were loose, and a wall switch turn off the power to most of the room. The room floor was nice the bathroom was good other ten the shower, it had so much caulking trying to cover up the black mold, but it was a terrible application. The young man at the reception when I was checking in barely acknowledged us and the sales person for the time share was overwhelming. At Breakfast eggs were way over cooked. I always stay at another property, but this was closer to where I was going this time, unfortunately never again.
