Great hotel and close to the army base. Everyone was friendly and they took their quiet hours seriously, which I appreciated.

Great room that was very clean. Comfy beds. Good breakfast and close to other food options all around the hotel. I was surprised how friendly and helpful the staff was and the excercise room was a nice bonus for when i just needed to get sweaty!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. We had two rooms booked for one night. I had called ahead and asked for 1 handicap room and for the rooms to be adjoining. They had exactly what I asked for when I arrived. The hotel was beautiful clean and new. The staff was so friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this property if you are in the area.

The Holiday Inn in Columbus, GA (Warm Springs Rd) is a new hotel approximately 7-8 months old. It has new hotel issues. The doors jamming, heat not working as efficiently, and staff not familiar with Holiday Elite member greeting. Overall I think in the future, the hotel will rise to the standard of the older Holiday Inns. It's still brand new with new smell present.

We had so many things wrong with our stay. I will be writing the corporate office now. If I get satisfaction from that encounter, I will remove this post. Otherwise, I'll provide all the details of our terrible stay.

I’ve stayed in a LOT of holiday inns. This one is super nice and very new. Even smells new still. Catherine at the front desk is amazing. She was super helpful and accommodated my schedule quickly and happily. Great employee.

Excellent customer service, clean rooms, clean hotel,good area. Quite for the most part, door are loud but it's because they are heavy.
