Erst Rabatt gewährt, dann zurückgebucht

Aufgrund einer gravierend fehlerhaften Kommunikation seitens des Hotels bezüglich der Unterstellmöglichkeit für E-Bikes erhielten wir für unseren einwöchigen Aufenthalt einen Rabatt in Höhe von 10 %.
Dieser wurde vor der Abreise auf die zur Zahlung verwendete EC-Karte gutgeschrieben.
2 Wochen nach unserer Abreise stellten wir fest, dass genau dieser Rabattbetrag von der zur Buchungsgarantie hinterlegten Kreditkarte wieder zurückgebucht wurde.
Ein derartiges, geradezu dreistes Verhalten haben wir noch nie erlebt.

Wir hatten das Hotel für einen Kurztrip nach Dresden gebucht.
Es liegt mitten in der Stadt so das wir alles gut zu Fuß erreichen konnten.
Beim Check in war unser Zimmer was wir erst beziehen sollten noch nicht fertig, aber haben sofort ein anderes bekommen. Die Zimmer sind etwas klein und es gibt keinen Schrank. Aber sie sind sauber.
Beim Frühstück braucht man etwas Zeit, aber das hat uns nicht gestört. Die Mitarbeiter sind alle sehr freundlich gewesen.
Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

1. The hotel is closed to the old town and the main train station, so we can easily connect to all locations easily.
2. The shopping options are really good and food options are also very nice nearby.
3. The Hotel staff is really helful, it is always booked with good number of guest.

am letzten Tag unseres Auufenthalts gab es zum Frühstück leider Brötchen vom Vortag. Die Auuswahl an Aufschnitt könnte vielfältiger sein

- the lady at the reception, was giving a sad face all the time, the vibe of unwilling to work, at least i had never seen her smile and she was also writing the greeting card (with warm words), what a contrast and ironic scene.
while other guys at reception, bar and breakfast hours are friendly.
- shower water power is sadly weak with slow water flow. Wasted much longer time to finish washing.
- house keeping issue: the tissue paper box only got last few pieces left. so we had not enough tissue to use all the way.
- good location, 10m walk to hbf and any stops.

Mit dem Hotel und Ihren Mitarbeitern sind wir mehr als zufrieden. Sehr gute Lage, im Zimmer ist alles, was man benötigt. Mitarbeiter freundlich und auch, wenn es mal hektisch wird, immer mit einem Lächeln unterwegs. Frühstück ist vollkommen ausreichend, gute Produkte, frisches Obst und gute Backwaren. Wir waren schon öfter im Holiday Inn Express zu Gast und finden halt die Zimmer, wo das Waschbecken auch im Badezimmer integriert ist, einfach angenehmer. Wir sind halt "altmodisch".

Das Hotel ist super Zentral gelegen und nicht weit vom Hbf. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und das Personal sehr nett und hilfsbereit.
