The Wedding

My husband and I had never attended a destination wedding before, but it was clearly understandable why the couple chose the resort for their special day. The natural beauty of the resort's location, and the understated elegance of the place provided the perfect venue for a wedding. The chuppah on the beach was spectacular. The Mariachi Band provided the perfect musical touch. The serpentine dining table and lighting was absolutely gorgeous. The appetizers, entrees and desserts were delicious ( I don't thinik I've ever seen such gigantic prawns ). I don't see how a wedding could have been any nicer.
It was an incredibly relaxing resort and a visually beautiful place. I particularly loved the lap pool near the spa with its cooler waters, and comfortable shaded seating areas. Our room was spacious and cozy at the same time. What a perfect place to spend time with friends and family.

Probably the best hotel I’ve ever been to. All the amenities on site were perfect and there was no need to leave unless you wanted to walk on the beach or stroll into town. And most excellent experience!

Mas Olas is a quick 75 min drive north of SJD airport on new toll road. It’s worth every minute and more if the drive. Not a party scene and very relaxing. Farm to table theme.
From the beautiful grounds, amazing rooms, and staff that went above and beyond at every opportunity, the resort is perfect. You often have the entire beach to yourself, swimming a quick 5 to 10 minute walk down the beach, which is rare for Cabo, beautiful Spa great food and cocktails. The pictures do not do the resort justice. It was recently redone and top notch in every aspect. For a Kimpton, it’s very surprising given the level of service and quality of the property overall is more in line with the Regent brand.

My wife and I had an enchanted experience at mas olas. From the moment we arrived. Armando the GM made us feel welcome and important. The staff from our bellman upon arrival- to Carlos our bartender at the back pool- were amazing. A genuine happiness of hospitality. Not fake. Simply a wonderful staff at a peaceful stunning location. My wife and I can’t wait to return!

What a magical stay we just had at Mas Olas. I almost don't want to bring attention to this hidden gem because it was so peaceful and magical. What a beautiful resort, amazing staff, incredible food and outstanding spa/gym. Also, the gardens that surround this property are absolutely magical. We went for four nights for a quiet and relaxing couples getaway without our young son. It was exactly that. If you are looking for noise and nightlife, this is not your place. But if you are looking for outstanding food, spa, pool and relaxation, then look no further.

Mas Olas is a unique stay in relaxation and tranquility. Off the beaten path describes the drive in from the long dirt road entering into a beautiful garden like oasis. The natural beauty and ambiance all fit into the surrounding area. The staff are well trained and seem truly happy to be there which adds to the great service. We did an amazing brunch as well during our stay. We got upgraded to a room with great views and a plunge pool which was extra special. I can't say enough about this property and experience. The sunsets, the food, the gardens, the pools, the tranquility.
