Request Final Receipt With Zero Balance owed

From check in to check out the front desk requires some customer service training. I'm not sure why I'm having issues with receiving my final bill with a zero balance from this Holiday Inn leadership. I've received one invoice and a receipt with a balance owed. Can someone help with this simple request?

Not everyone drinks milk and orange juice. There was no apple juice, and no ice water.The breakfast needs to be cook a little more. There were no gifts but the most important thing was we didn't see any ice water and there was no apple juice

Love the location but it being a new property the store wasn’t set up but near by places had everything I needed extra . Plenty of restaurants near by made the stay great.

Never a good idea to stay somewhere that is under renovation. Work booked the trip, seals on all of the doors were missing. Light and sound was as if there was no door. Every time someone closed their door sounded like it was getting slammed shut. Tile floor by elevator was covered in dust and debris, when they tried to mop it it turned into a muddy slip and slid.

Did not know they were doing a remodel when I booked my stay. Door seals were missing so light and sound came into the room. All of the door seals were missing so it sounded like everyone was slamming doors. Only cleaned my room one day during my four day stay.

Nothing exceptional about this stay. The hotel is undergoing renovations, and while this was mentioned upon check in, had I known about this prior to making the reservation I likely would have selected a different IHG location.
Additionally, wifi wasn't readily available and breakfast was not anything to write home about. I've stayed in numerous IHG locations this year and in years past, and unfortunately, this was the worst experience.

I thought this property was new, it’s not. It’s being renovated and the contractor they chose has chose very cheap construction. None the less, stayed in a very creepy place and wish I knew because I would have stayed somewhere else that was finished and not under construction. The room was nice, however the mattress poor quality, pillows poor quality, the door to room, poor quality. Just don’t recommend wasting your money and this is not IHG quality
No IHG Status Recognition

Front Desk staff was friendly. Mentioned I booked their lowest rate, so I will be on the first floor. No recognition of elite status. No upgrade offered (even a placement on a higher floor) even though the property was almost empty. This is the first time my status was not recognized. Room and amenities are basic, nothing special. It's clean, though. I would have stayed at another hotel where I am a Diamond for status perks and benefits. I gave IHG a chance but they failed to Wow me.
