Spacious hotel with lots of activities. Surrounded by nature with the views. Best for family staycation or vacation.

服务：到店的前一天，管家Cathy主动加了微信，提前询问入住的喜好 blabla，并帮忙升级了房间～感恩！～
除管家外，lounge 的戴眼镜的小姐姐人也超级好，抱歉没好意思问名字，当晚去 lounge 用餐时，看到小姐姐帮用餐客人的宝宝剥虾🦐，陪宝宝玩耍，感觉超暖心！～（lounge 的 cake 好恰、喜欢！
第二天去海埂大坝（嗯，距离海埂大坝也是很近很方便～）晨跑后回酒店用早餐，很是喜欢餐厅面包档的欧包/法棍/磅蛋糕～本想问管家是否可以购买，被餐厅赠送了！！超开心～
环境：酒店整体是园林式的环境，园区太大并未溜达完，在房间可以看到园区内的室外泳池和室外的汤池，虽然这次些微有些赶时间没来得及泡汤，下次一定！
lounge 很适合看夕阳！请务必去看看👀
哦对，健身房/瑜伽房/泳池/甚至还有游戏房...设施也是很齐全了...（提个小小小小建议，健身房是不是可以添两个泡沫轴，朋友刚跑完marathon，本想去健身房放松下，没找到泡沫轴略有些小小失望～

I had a great stay at Hualuxe Hotel. I especially want to thank the front desk manager, Cathy. She was very friendly and professional, and she explained the hotel's facilities in detail. Her service made my stay even better.

My stay at Hualuxe was absolutely fabulous.
Room was large and very well appointed. I enjoyed the hot springs and surrounding gardens. Breakfast in restaurant was wonderful and had a well appointed local and international spread.
A special mention to Popy Cai and Stephen Zhang from reception/front office whom provided exceptional service qualities offering special care to optimize my quality stay.
Such shining stars within this wonderful property.

Hualuxe Kunming offers spacious room and a variety of local food selection. It is located close to Dianci lake with easy access to Kunming city. The staffs there are professional and are willing to asssit all our needs. There are several restaurants on the hotel property which offers a good dinning choice, however, this may make it challenge for parking when coming back to the hotel during dinner time. It would be great if the hotel can offer more convenient parkings.

There is no carpet in the hallway and room. It is very annoying when someone moving luggage 🧳 and we can hear next room guests talking

Hotel is beautiful and good for all ages guests. BUT there is no carpet in the hallway and room. so it is very annoying when someone moving luggage, and when someone at upstairs moving chairs or dropping stuff. it is very loud and annoying. I highly recommend that carpet hallway and each room where is high traffic.
