The room quality is great and we really enjoyed the stay. The dinner at Caifenglou is wonderful, consistent with the brand standard. But the breakfast could be improved, both the food and service. I can understand the hotel is quite busy as there are lots of events going on, but overall too crowded and disordered.

到世界各地出差都优先选择 IHG 的酒店，花桥华邑也住了好几次，但这次真的让我很失望。
本来付费预订了一晚，后来改用积分换免费的住宿，就取消了原本付费的预定(在免费取消的时限前)，但费用4天了还没退款，打电话去 IHG 客服，叫我问酒店，打去酒店前台问，也只会叫我继续等，何时退款一问3不知，真的效率太慢了，这是高档酒店该有的效率吗?非常失望!

Very good. When I staied at this hotel, the overall experience was just awesome. People in this hotel was really nice, and I will absolutely visit this hotel again if they keep their standard.

酒店很好房间很干净 酒店还升级了房间，早餐也不错很丰盛 ，办入住时前台Lydia服务很热情，帮忙升级了房间还耐心讲解了酒店周边的设施

A nice hotel but disappointed with Executive Lounge

I am happy with the room, the breakfast and the services by the staffs except the Executive Lounge.
The service by the staffs in the executive lounge is very poor.
The first evening when I was there, I saw the cutlery was not complete, I need to ask the waiter for it. I was the waiter and waitress and talking between themselves with paying attention to the guess.
When I told them that the white wine need to be replenished, the just said yes but without any action, I didn't see any white wine any more throughout the duration.
The second evening is even worst, both waiter and waitress and siting at the reception table talking to themselves, I saw a few tables were vacant but with all the remaining food and cutlery left on the table, I need to go to tell them to clean the table, and yet I saw a very slow action and want ask just to stand there and wait. Also I keep on reminding that the white wine is consumed need to be replenished , still no action and never give me any reply.
The selection of food in the Executive Floor is the worst I have ever seemed among the IHG group.
I sincerely hope that all this can be improved,
