We walked in and immediately felt at home. They listened to my concerns and complaints about another local Holiday Inn th3n proceeded to offer suggestions to help with the issues I was having. Very nice and welcoming hotel. Definitely staying again.
Good Breakfast Good Beds stayed once before came back again. Excellent stay this time too.

Good Beds, Good staff, Good Breakfast.
Opened in 10/2023 you could tell the hotel was a new built. Fresh smell, Great over all condition. The room was in excellent condition. Very convenient to good Restaurants. Very close to the Holiday Inn Express.

We stay at the Holiday Inn, Lima for 3 main reasons: location; well-maintained building; the excellent staff.
In particular, the young lady who manages the breakfast kitchen is wonderful—she always remembers us and asks after our family. She is very efficient and helpful. My husband enjoys the new bean-to-cup coffee machine, but as a tea drinker I find that a coffee taste is transferred to the hot water. When I mentioned this to Pam, she brought the old “hot-water” machine out of storage just for me—I thoroughly enjoyed my tea.

Hotel cleanliness is awesome. The property is peaceful. The staff is friendly and accommodating.

I would recommend this hotel to anyone and really appreciate the fact they allow for a military discount, now days it’s not often I travel and get that.

Love this hotel. Pool is very nice. Very disappointed this last time though. Pool was closed most of the time. We come to this location often visiting grandkids and they look forward to swimming with us but they could not this time.

The location is great with plenty of dinning options close by and the highway within a couple minutes. the rooms are always clean the front desk staff go beyond to greet you and take care of your needs. Breakfast is basic but always hot and on time.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay. The beds were very comfortable. We love the large window and the way the blinds are installed they keep it very dark in the room. The shower was beautiful. We did find the TV wasn’t very user friendly. Other than that we loved our stay. We totally recommend.
