Great Service and clean enviorment

The location is great with plenty of dinning options close by and the highway within a couple minutes. the rooms are always clean the front desk staff go beyond to greet you and take care of your needs. Breakfast is basic but always hot and on time.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay. The beds were very comfortable. We love the large window and the way the blinds are installed they keep it very dark in the room. The shower was beautiful. We did find the TV wasn’t very user friendly. Other than that we loved our stay. We totally recommend.

Newer hotel - clean, comfortable, safe. Staff was friendly, welcoming and engaging. They were quick and efficient. The room was fresh and relaxing. Breakfast was hot and ready, and tasty. We had a great experience.
Clean property, great staff. Lots of maintenence issues

The property is in a nice location very close to I-75 and very clean. Pam at the food counter and satff at the front desk were friendly and welcoming.
The room though clean had lot of maintenance issues.
The bathroom shower door was not latching properly and kept opening. This led to water spilling all over the bathroom. The shower knob was loose and fell down. For some reason the microwave kept rattling through the night due to the vibrations from the refridgrator.
The front desk offered to move us to a different room but we opted to stay in the same room as we had already retrired for the night by the time we discovered the issues. Moreover we were checking out early next morning.
In summary, good hotel, conventiently located, friendly staff. I hope the maintenance issues were one off and glad that none of us slipped in the bathroom.

I have stayed here before earlier this year. I recommended everyone in the family to stay here. Lovely place, great food and drinks. Bed are comfortable and relaxing. Rooms are spacious. TV is nice too.

People was nice. Food was good. Ben is comfortable very clean establishment food was close to the hotel. Plenty of big truck parking could use a water hose outside to wash off our work boots even though you use brushes which helped.

After traveling 10 hours we wanted to just unpack and unwind. Room was very spacious and clean. Checked in early and enjoyed the amenities of suite. Room was not cleaned the next day as we had to ask to receive clean room. Overall amazing experience.
Holiday Inn Express is always a great choice, stay in Lima was great!
