Super clean and peaceful. The lighting was perfect, as was the temperature control accessibility and general atmosphere I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who asks. Scratch that, to ANYONE at all. Everyone shall know how excellent our stay was at Holiday Inn Express

The staff was nice, and always greeted us nicely, or told us to have a great day when we were leaving. Room was clean and well supplied. The air conditionerthermostatkept resettingto 82°, untill i figuredout how to get it to stay on 70°. Towels were a bit scratchy (like not enough fabric softener), but could tell they're not old and worn out like other hotels I've stayed at. Overall was a great stay and experience. Would definitely stay here again!

Hands down great Hotel, We were there for a concert in town that should have made the rooms next to impossible to sleep in but he hotel accommodated for as all to have a goodnight!

This was by far the best Holiday Inn Express Hotel me and my family’s have stayed at. The staff was very welcoming and professional, and the hotel was very very clean. The whole experience here was 100% the best!

Stopped overnight on a trip home. Staff was friendly. Room was comfortable and clean. Conveniently located to restaurants and other shopping. Easy on and off to major highways. I would definitely stay there again.

very nice. would stay again, great location, had a few restaurants close. nice quiet town, friendly people, close to the mid ohio race track we were working last week, had pretty nice weather while there too. good friendly people. not sure else i could say but over all good. what else. we had a great stay and would do it again
Damp Musty Smell in Rooms - Fantastic Breakfast

For being a brand new hotel I was a little disappointed when both of my rooms on the first floor smelled damp and musty. Once I was assigned a room on the first floor, as soon as I walked into the room I smelt a strong smell of damp must. I immediately went to the front desk and asked to be reassigned due to the smell. The front counter person was nice, friendly and accommodating and assigned me another room on the first floor. However, as soon as I entered that room as well it had the same strong musty smell. At this point I just accepted it, since I was only in town for work and would only be sleeping there but I was still disappointed and the smell ended up hurting my throat as well. Both nights I stayed I woke up with a sore throat that progressively went away during the day while I was outside of the room. However, each night after 6 or so hours of sleeping I would have sore throat which I assume was due to the weird damp must smell. Aside from that on a positive note, they had one of the best breakfasts Ive ever had at a holiday inn. Everything seemed fresh and the breakfast attendants were extremely friendly and seemed like they really enjoyed their job.

Awesome newer hotel. I stayed for a business trip but would also stay for leisure. The staff were friendly and helpful. Overall I highly recommend this hotel.

I would give this a 5 but they messed up billing. I booked stay with my points and left with a zero balance. Checking my credit card charges they had charged me for one night. Getting straight was considerable time. But hopefully it works out.
