Our Family had the worst experience with this NEW Property. Although the place was clean and comfortable. The staff was not friendly, the pool wasn’t working, the elevators were UNSAFE when working and I wasn’t given the handicap accommodations I requested for my parents. #Unacceptable
Also, not enough signage on the hotel on the entrance road.

No recognition of Diamond Elite status nor amenity offering. Booked room for additional family members that were told they had to wait until 3pm to check in after driving 10 hours. Rooms were fine but I never received the bonus points for hanging the “Greener” tag on my door for no room service. Breakfast got better but it was nothing special. Location is close to a lot of shopping.

Staff was kind and accommodating. We were allowed an early check in because room was available. Breakfast was good, especially the biscuits. They last that runs the breakfast was really nice and is always smiling. I didn't realized it ended at 9:30 and was allowed to go in last minute to grab a few things with my daughter who didn't get up on time. Lady cleaning the lobby was working really hard and constantly mopping after everyone. As far as the room the bathroom was small for it being a suite. Floors could've been cleaner. I was appreciative that they allowed a 1 hour delay for checkout, but we got 2 knocks on the door asking when we were leaving.

This has been the best hotel stay I've had in a long time. Upon entry to the hotel, lobby area was clean and I was greeted by staff. Check in was easy. Elevator was slow. The room was clean, and the bathroom was too! The entire stay was quiet. I always thoroughly inspect for bedbugs and there are no bugs. Thank goodness! Breakfast was nice and the turkey links are delicious. Hotel is near restaurants and if you need to pick up items at a fair price Dollar Tree is around the corner as well as other shopping places. Hotel is right off the highway. I literally loved everything about my stay and plan to definitely stay here again during my next to Chicago.

The hotel itself is pretty okay. Their pool is never open and the house keeping staff could use some SERIOUS training. I have worked in hospitality before and there is absolutely NO REASON the house keepers should be knocking on an ‘occupied’ room at 9am, let alone before check out time. They did this both mornings of my stay even with the dnd door hangar displayed. I know that they are fully aware of which rooms are occupied so there was no just reason for the disturbance. Not only do the housekeepers knock, but the head of house keeping also comes behind them about 15 mins later asking the same questions despite requesting late checkout with the front desk. This is considered unacceptable for a hotel and needs to be corrected immediately. God forbid a family just needs some rest before taking a road trip.

The hotel was newly renovated and clean. Great location! The elevator needs service because it bounced on every floor. Other than that the hotel was nice.
