I have been a Spire and now Diamond member for 35 years. Ann at the front desk was by far the rudest, most obnoxious person of any brand hotel I've ever stayed at. She was hostile, insulting and rude at my check in. The owner of this hotel is doing his hotel and guests a disservice by employing her.

The service and food were excellent. The hotel location is convenient, but signage is bad, so use GPS. We will stay here, again, but are hopeful the bed is more comfortable.

Great location and plenty of shopping and dining. Pool was not in service tho. Breakfast was very good. Convenient located next to the highway. Walk to shopping and dining. Will return again when I’m in Chicago.

The bed & pillows and me being able to relax is wonderful the bad part about the room is that you have no light in the living room part where the couch and tv is their is not light switch over there to turn a light on even if your at the desk then if you go in the room you have to go all the way back to the front door to turn the light off that is horrible also the do not always have breakfast and their was no one at the front desk when I checked out

During my stay i was moved to three different rooms. The first room the tv was broke, the second room was full of ants crawling on the headboard of the bed, the third room the hot water did not work.

Had a Pleasure of staying at this location for a day. Front desk staff was very polite. Hotel was very clean and peaceful. Didn’t get a chance to check out the free breakfast but I’m pretty sure that was good as well. Only down fall was the pool wasn’t open yet. Definitely will stay at this location again. Also its right off the highway and close to stores and restaurants.

Stayed for extended time. The place is nice and freshly painted. I the staff is excellent in all areas
