We had an early morning appointment and needed to make a hotel last minute due to road closures. It was the cheapest option and allowed late check-in. Checking in was a breeze and the room was great. The breakfast was the best hotel breakfast I've ever had.

Wonderful staff! They were all so helpful. We needed so many extra little things because my son was having surgery at Banner Desert. It was no issue at all. The hotel itself needs an upgrade. Even so, we would be back because just of the staff!

The staff is very friendly and accommodating. I would recommend this hotel for business and leisure. Someone spilled eggs while taking breakfast to their room. I notified the front desk and it was clean by the time I returned to my room.

This IHG was a real find. Excellent facility and staff.
Only issues for us was the loud air conditioning in the room and not easy to control the temp. The pillows were very uncomfortable and the fan in our bathroom was unbearably loud. In spite of that we would definitely stay there again. One of the cleanest IHG properties we’ve been in all year!

They did NOT fix the Closed Captioned for two (2) days. They said can't do anything due to IT. It was so small captioning to read and on left side bottom. The remote doesn't allow us to adjust it even the hotel manager tried. Problem with room odor. It was AC issue. They should tune up like add freon. Or replace a AC unit!

The rooms were clean, it was very quiet, the hot tub was relaxing, the breakfast choices were excellent; I especially enjoyed the omelet and bacon. I enjoyed a wonderful night.

All the staff were very helpful and friendly. Maria was with above my expectations she answer questions I had over the phone before my stay and is the reason I booked this hotel. My daughter lost her blanket at our stay. I send a message and Maria called me back saying they had found it she left it at the front so we could pick it up. Tha k you for all your help before and after our stay.
Toxic smell in room.

There was a toxic smell as soon as I entered the room. It smelled of paint or burnt plastic. I called the front desk and the man didn’t want to do anything about it. I woke up several times nauseated almost getting sick. I developed a headache from the fumes. It was very bad.

Everything was just as expected for a Holiday Inn Express. Great service, clean rooms, and good breakfast. The property was clean, the furnishings were updated and clean, and the new TV was great!
