The rooms were clean, it was very quiet, the hot tub was relaxing, the breakfast choices were excellent; I especially enjoyed the omelet and bacon. I enjoyed a wonderful night.

All the staff were very helpful and friendly. Maria was with above my expectations she answer questions I had over the phone before my stay and is the reason I booked this hotel. My daughter lost her blanket at our stay. I send a message and Maria called me back saying they had found it she left it at the front so we could pick it up. Tha k you for all your help before and after our stay.
Toxic smell in room.

There was a toxic smell as soon as I entered the room. It smelled of paint or burnt plastic. I called the front desk and the man didn’t want to do anything about it. I woke up several times nauseated almost getting sick. I developed a headache from the fumes. It was very bad.

From the moment we arrived, my family and I were treated excellent. Staff made us feel at home, were knowledgeable, and went beyond what they are required to do to make us feel comfortable during our stay.

Everything was just as expected for a Holiday Inn Express. Great service, clean rooms, and good breakfast. The property was clean, the furnishings were updated and clean, and the new TV was great!

This hotel is not up to normal Holiday Inn Express standards.. The only ice machines and garbage cans were on the first floor. The breakfast did not have bananas or muffins - poor selections. The bathroom had only one towel rack with no hooks for hanging towels or clothes. The TV guide was wrong for the majority of channels. We were awakened by screaming young adults at 1:30 am. The staff was not at the front desk at certain times. The bed was comfortable as usual but the experience was below standards. Not recommended.

This place was dirty and needs to be deep cleaned. The hotel needs updating to meet expectations for a Holiday Inn Express.

We booked our stay at the last minute, having to leave our hotel by The Grand Canyon a day early to avoid the looming snowstorm. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious, with lots of excellent choices. We would have no problem staying at this property again!

When we booked our stay, we never got a confirmation. The next morning when we called to find out why, both our name and email wasn't even remotely close to being correct in their system. But they corrected it and we got our confirmation.
When we checked our card, the price suddenly changed on us and what we were originally told was the total, wasn't the same that they charged our card.
When we arrived, we spoke to them and they did refund us the difference, thankfully.
They then put us in a king size room with fold out bed, when we had asked for two queens.
Unfortunately the beds were horribly uncomfortable, our teen son slept for maybe 3 hours on the pull out which meant we slept not much more than that as well.
Trust the reviews, never again! I've spent less than half the amount at different hotels and received double the pros!
