El baño donde te bañas olía a orines, el aire acondicionado tronaba, y las máquinas del gimnasio la caminadora no servía la elíptica y la bicicleta sonaban como instrumentos de banda, se le dijo a la recepción y solo dijo a gracias por mencionar

Una de las recepcionistas no fue muy amable en la recepción de mi familia, deberían cuidar el tipo de lenguaje que usan frene a huéspedes y sobre todo cuando llevamos niños.
Pero también hay que reconocer la amabilidad de algunos otros miembros del equipo.

I loved our stay at the Holiday Inn Express Morelia. The rooms were great, on the smaller side but hey I get it, it’s Mexico. Accommodations were great and this is on par with an American Holiday Inn experience, which is what I was hoping for when I booked this hotel. Breakfast was AMAZING and the breakfast staff was great as well. Everything was clean and well kept and they had a great selection of food including fresh fruit and even chilaquiles I was blown away. My 18 month old daughter loved it as well. The only thing I would recommend to make this hotel experience even better and truly to American standard is putting a mini fridge and microwave in the room. Having a little one and needing their milk warmed up is essential to keeping them happy. But overall best hotel I’ve ever stayed at in Mexico and I’ve stayed at the surrounding top hotels in the historic district. I will definitely be staying here again when I come back to visit!
Disappointing Stay Despite Great Location

The breakfast is of very poor quality and extremely disappointing. The location is perfect, but beyond that, I would never stay at this hotel again. It does not meet standard expectations. Room 128 is incredibly noisy due to the poor quality of the windows. While the room is spacious and nice, it’s impossible to sleep because of the loud music. I reported this issue to the front desk, but nothing was done. Additionally, they do not offer upgrades for elite members.
Disappointing Hotel Experience: Poor Quality and Substandard Facilities

I’ve stayed at this hotel for around 20 nights, and I’ve only received an upgrade once. Regardless of the day of the week, they always claim to be fully booked for upgrades. Even when I was an Ambassador Elite member, I didn’t get any special treatment.
The breakfast is terrible, with poor-quality food—sometimes even rotten. The beds aren’t very comfortable, and while the service is okay, the front desk staff is friendly. However, the AC has been an issue, making loud noises at night on several occasions, and during some stays, pieces of ice have fallen from the AC unit located in the ceiling.
Overall, this hotel falls far below standard and is disappointing in many aspects.

Called the hotel, they said to book online. I booked online, and the day of I get a call stating there was an error and those rooms are no longer available. What type of service is this? They hooked me up with the only rooms they had at a lesser price but still. Horrible experience.

Fui con la familia un fin de semana a visitar Morelia. El hotel queda prácticamente enfrente de la catedral. Habitación bien. No tenia ventana. Bien para dormir. Desayuno Muy rico. Recomendable.

Lamentablemente sólo me hospedé una noche, porque me hubiera gustado quedarme más tiempo. El hotel es muy confortable, la habitación de muy buen tamaño, la limpieza es muy buena, el personal muy amable y la ubicación es inigualable! Una excelente opción para hospedarse cuando visites Morelia.
Creo que deben hacer hincapié en que no tienen estacionamiento en el hotel y dar opciones para poder bajar las maletas al frente y no tener que caminar desde el estacionamiento con ellas.
A pesar de eso, la experiencia fué muy buena

Fue una estancia placentera, la experiencia y atención de parte del personal fue excelente. El único punto que habría que mejorar es el tema del estacionamiento. Hay horarios en los que no hay lugar para estacionar el vehículo en el estacionamiento con el que tienen convenio. Podrían ver el que tengan lugares exclusivos como el que tiene el Hotel Alameda en el mismo estacionamiento y así se tendría una mejor experiencia.

This hotel was in a perfect location! Right in the heart of the city. Very comfortable beds and pillows. Wifi is amazing and very fast! Right outside the front door are lots of restaurants, beautiful park across the street with lots of entertainment. The staff were super friendly and very helpful. I highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Morelia. Oh and parking is included!

Pagué una habitación que da la ventana a la calle frente al jardín, no cuenta con aislamiento de ruido y no avisaron, me encontré un ticket del cine de un cliente anterior por lo que veo la limpieza no se hace a profundidad ya que estaba a la vista, en la noche aparte del ruido de la música de los locales externos (que no dejan dormir) empezaron a pegar con un martillo, a las 22:00 h seguían, hablamos varias veces a la recepción hasta que nos dijeron que ya casi terminaban, las 23:00 h y seguían, ya no contestaban en recepción, cómoda pero imposible dormir.
