I had planned a visit to Paris from 4th July to 10th July, and I had made a hotel booking for this period. Unfortunately, my Schengen visa did not get processed in time, and due to the unexpected circumstances, I forgot to cancel the hotel reservation.
As a result, I was charged 100,000 points and €65, despite not staying at the hotel.

New & modern hotel with good value for money. Very friendly & competent staff. Loved the comfortable bed & linen. Big space in shower area.
Con: Breakfast should be improved (basic choice only).

très bien. Booked for two nights two rooms for a family break. The staff, location and hotel generally was excellent. It only dropped a star due to the issue with the car park underground, as it was mosquito city and could not spend any time at all down there.

Large, well-organized and very clean room space. Professional staff. Unfortunately I did not like the lack of a fridge in the room: I have food intolerances and with a mini-fridge in the room I could have managed better my nutrition during the stay.

Newly built, nice clean rooms, good breakfast. Train station is 5 minutes walk and you reach Paris in 30 minutes for 2.5 euros. The hotel parking facility is good plus there is free parking outside on weekends. We stayed for 2 nights and it was very relaxing. Very beautiful neighbourhood, grocery store and lots of restaurants nearby.

Étant un habitué du groupe Accor, et ayant récemment séjourné dans un hotel du groupe IHG, j'ai voulu retenté l'expérience cette fois ci en famille.
Quelle déception ce fut, dès l'arrivée au soir et jusqu'au départ !
Arrivées sur place à 22h30 le 26/04 pour une nuit... La réceptionniste du soir nous annonce que notre chambre (préalablement réservée via l'app IHG) est sale, et n'aurait pas été nettoyée...
Après un aller retour en chambre, il s'avère d'après elle que ce serait un bug informatique... Why not !
Après un laps de temps d'installation en chambre, nous découvrons la fenetre ouverte puis par la suite, des murs, plafonds, jusqu'à SDB infestés de moustiques !
Après un safari, couchées ~00h15 et réveil à l'aube avec un ado et nous meme couvert de piqures jusqu'au visage.
Je termine les désarrois de cette nuitée par la panne de la machine a café du PDJ, qui sera finalement opérationnelle pour un café au lait au bout de 30 min et 2 pax pour assurer le coup, puis un réceptionniste totalement inexistant et dénué de politesse lors du départ qui lanca un "au revoir" sans meme montrer son visage étant planqué derrière son écran sur son smartphone...
Ce devait être la meilleure experience de séjour de notre WE parisien compte tenu de la modernité de l'hotel, et des différents commentaires récents élogieux qui m'avaient rassuré, ce fut finalement le pire séjour jamais vécu dans un hotel.
Je passerais dorénavant mon tour pour ce qui est des hotels IHG en général !

Chambre spacieuse et bien aménagée. Bonne literie. Personnel accueillant et souriant.
Les points d'amélioration : Petit déjeuner continental simple. Pas possibilité de dîner à l'hôtel.

Very convenient Location. At the beginning seemed so far from Paris but the train system made it so easy to travel. Just a note, the day I arrived i told the clerk at the counter about i thought the hotel was far and he immediately decided to cancel the reservation without further information of the any accesability or transportation.

Our suite had a lovely balcony, although no seating (maybe a health and safety concern - but the railings could be higher).
Bed a bit firm but was fine overall. Our daughter used the single sofa bed, and the other sofa could be used as a double if required.
Suite had 2 TVs with Chromecast built in, although Netflix does not cast to it (nor does the Netflix TV app work)
Breakfast was good quality, what you expect from a HIX.
Had a small issue with air-con, which the staff resolved to our satisfaction.
All staff very friendly.
5 min walk from Monoprix and two small kids parks which our daughter loved.
Hotel is located 5 min walk from Poissy station, within 25-35 mins of central Paris very cheaply and regular service schedule.
