I truly enjoyed my stay at HUALUXE Sanya Yalong Bay Resort. The resort's design is both elegant and relaxing, with beautifully maintained tropical gardens and spacious, clean rooms.
The family-friendly facilities—especially the children's activity areas—were exceptional. My child loved the Sun Park and themed play zones, which gave us parents time to relax.
Breakfast was delicious and well-organized, with a wide variety of Chinese and Western options. The service staff were consistently polite, helpful, and thoughtful throughout our stay.
Overall, it was a perfect combination of luxury, nature, and hospitality. Thank you for making our trip to Sanya so memorable!

Honestly I didn’t expect that a huge wave of tourists appeared when I went to the dining hall for breakfast. Apparently the hotel was so popular and attracted so many tourists. Hopefully I can find a off-peak season and enjoy the time here again.

整体住宿体验还是很棒的，说下几点体验不是很好的方面：
淋浴间和阳台有扇门可以互通，洗澡的时候水很容易流到阳台上，导致阳台上都是水，且没有办法快速排掉，会在阳台中间积水。另外，早上的时候，透光严重，即便关上了淋浴间的门以及房间和洗漱间的门，早上还是会被透进来的光亮醒，对于睡眠浅的人来说，简直是灾难。。。如果晚上睡觉的时候忘记关上洗漱间的门，那么早上会特别亮。。。另外我们住的房间是朝北的，以至于一天仅有夕阳可以照到阳台，衣服无法快速晒干。酒店提供的地图里也没有说明是否有自助洗衣房。

I have stayed in hualuxe for 6 days and its been a pleasure for me , I attended a conference there till december 17-20 . The ambience of the hotel was great, especially xianyian restaurant is a must to go place there. I had breakfast, lunch as well as dinner. The variety of chinese dishes and fresh seafood. The staffs were polite and helpful , the one lady who helped me with everything was Daisy ( nepalese practice student) . She also suggest me the places to visit in sanya , it was also a pleasure meeting her. I would definitely like to visit sanya again with my family👏

The hotel is large, with many places to relax, beautiful and very respectable.
The breakfast is simply excellent, the dinner is even better. We usually go to different places on trips trying local cuisine, but thanks to the fact that at dinner there was everything, from European cuisine to rolls and that very local food, there was no need for this. As for the food, everything is 10/10. The rooms are clean, they clean every day, it is possible to set the do not disturb mode in the room (which, to be honest, for some reason the staff still likes to ignore). And also, it makes a very impression when you first open the door to the room - the curtains automatically move apart, revealing a beautiful view of the ocean (I think this function can be turned off, but everything was fine with us).
There is a spacious pool, but its deep part is not very large. When checking in, the concierge contacted us via WeChat, with whom we could correspond in English, and solve many issues. For example, once we did not have time for dinner and asked to bring it to our room.

酒店员工非常热情，在我们入住期间帮我们解决了不少问题，尤其是体验大使小满，热情的接待并帮助我们，使我们的这次假期旅行非常顺利、开心、圆满。
