适合staycation的深圳宝安华邑

华邑近两年的新店，酒店整体彰显着中式美学，大堂和大堂吧很漂亮，由花朵和植物点缀，早餐和酒廊表现不错，高空的康体中心景色优美，不足是泳池稍浅、固定器械3个偏少。
酒店周末入住率比较高，不少香港住客，位置在两站地铁站间，交通稍显不足。
管理一塌糊塗，餐點很難吃

我是 IHG 白金卡會員，但這次入住深圳華邑酒店，整體體驗非常失望，完全不符合 IHG 集團應有的水準。
整體就是虛有其表！
1️⃣ Check-in 體驗差
抵達時沒有任何基本問候，約下午 2:30 辦理入住，結果說沒有房間，要等到三點。詢問是否有機會升等，卻被直接冷冷回絕，態度不佳。
2️⃣ Lounge 體驗不佳
等候時到 Lounge 點餐，餐點（Taco + 松露薯條）難以下嚥，薯條完全是回鍋放久的口感。結帳時表示我是白金會員，理應有折扣，但現場沒有一個員工知道，員工訓練顯然不足。
3️⃣ 房間設施問題
運動後要沖澡，卻發現熱水不熱，還要叫人來維修，完全影響入住體驗。
4️⃣ 晚餐自助餐失望
價格約兩百多一位，但餐點品質低落。牛排硬得像牛肉乾，補餐速度慢，內場一片混亂，甜點同樣不合格，完全不推薦。
5️⃣ 早餐更加糟糕
選擇少、品質差，內場人員還在旁邊吵架。最誇張的是：用餐中途離席拿餐，座位竟被收走，桌上食物也被清掉，管理亂到離譜，讓人二度傻眼。
⚠️ 整體來說，這間酒店不論是服務、餐飲品質，還是管理，都與 IHG 應有的標準差距極大。作為白金會員，這次的入住經驗極差，希望你們深圳華邑酒店能做調整。

干净，服务到位，但早餐和酒廊都一般。连着住了好几天，最后一天的时候和我说无法原方续住，将原来的房型降级了，但是实际上应该还有别的级别的房型。

어제 비행기와 기차를 모두 놓쳐서 급하게 호텔을 찾아야 했습니다. 당황스러운 상황에서 우연히 이 호텔을 예약했는데, 정말 좋은 선택이었어요.
체크인할 때 만난 Vicky라는 직원분이 정말 친절했습니다. 호텔 이름이 찾기 어려울까 봐 명함도 주시고, 음식 배달 주문할 때 배달원과 소통하는 것도 도와주셨어요.
특히 방이 정말 마음에 들었는데, 거울이 있는 아름다운 디자인이 인상적이었습니다. 거울이 공간을 더 넓어 보이게 하고 세련된 분위기를 만들어줘서 정말 좋았어요.
사실 외국인에게는 기억하기 어려운 호텔 이름이지만, 덕분에 중국 문자를 외우게 되었네요. Vicky님의 따뜻한 응대 덕분에 피곤했던 하루가 기분 좋게 마무리되었습니다.
비행기를 놓쳐서 속상했는데, 오히려 이런 좋은 호텔을 발견하게 되어 기분이 좋아졌어요.
추천할 만한 호텔입니다.

这家华邑，虽然受限于它的品牌级别，大堂空间不大。但酒店的设计和装修质感乃至房卡设计我很喜欢。服务在我看来是高于它所在规格的。

带家人和小朋友过去住，还提前联系了酒店，下午五点到的，晚上七点另外一间房才给到的房卡，没有体验过这么差。电梯难等，等两趟，大堂人熙熙攘攘各种达人探店合作拍照喧嚣。酒廊全是人。住了好几次，钻卡基本上没升过房，小气也是出名了，追求体验勿来，停车场也难停。华邑这个牌子运营不好就不要宣传了。

Great hotel -Great service since check in, delicious food by Cai Fong restaurant, great traditional local decoration style and great breakfasts as well. Very impressive by well trained high skill staff including Lynn at front desk, she is quite helpful and hospitality. As a frequently traveller, I rated your hotel one of the the best hotel in Shenzhen. Will come back again in the future.

Beautiful new hotel although it is a bit far away from City Center. Great design of the Chinese traditional. However, the information for the Leisure facilities should be improved. No any information for saying swimming cap would be required for using the pool. I was feeling ambrassing when I went to the pool.
