The front desk clerk checking was the friendliest young man and very accommodating. The room was extremely clean! We will be returning! I highly recommend this hotel.
Bad smell

The hotel smelled bad. The sheets looked very old. Breakfast was not fully cooked. Even the coffee was bad. Looked to be remodeled but probably was not cleaned properly before painting and installing carpet.

Not recognized as a Diamond Elite member and points were not provided. TV is not particularly user friendly with 2 remotes... actually is rather confusing. TV reception anything but stellar. Most channels show not available, many others digitized and not watchable. Room assigned was facing interstate highway... very noisy, thus difficult to rest.
Felt welcome and comfortable beds

As I was traveling with my family. We decided to go with this hotel which ended up being fantastic. The room was clean and cozy. I was able to get one room to fit a family of 5, 2 adults and 3 kids. Which was perfect since my wife didn't want to have separated rooms to fit everyone. When we arrive I checked us in. Once we arrived to our room it looked cozy. there was warm towels waiting for us extra sheets for the sofa bed and the bed sheets were also warm to the touch. My wife was pleased since she was ready to put the kids down for bed and shower. I ended up putting the kids to bed as she took her shower and she was happy she didn't have to unpack any hygiene products because this hotel had already had Dove products available. The next morning we headed down for breakfast before the end of our stay breakfast was good only issue was that the food was cold and it can be due to others not closing the lid. Overall we enjoyed our stay and was able to get a good night rest.
Poor customer service

Rooms were clean but staff response to the tv, phone and internet not working was very poor. Initial response was we are having issues but after a bad google review they offered a new room where every thing worked. Eggs were over cooked and rubbery sausage wasn’t cooked completely milk was sour pancakes were like chewing jerky
Room needs to be reworked!

Make sure everything is working in a room and that everything is clean.
Breakfast needs work, it should also be fresh and warm.

This is a newly renovated hotel with everything new including refrigerators & Microwaves. The rooms are much larger and spacious even with two queen beds. The WiFi is fast, I tested a bandwidth of 100 plus MBPs in downloads, and a 50 plus MBPs in uploads. The bathrooms are also new in every way and maintained well. Everything seemed new except for the elevator which is one of those bigger ones. A little noisy and slow but perfectly acceptable.
The staff is excellent. The front desk youngsters are smart and knowledgable, quick in resolving any issues and in allocating a room.
The Property Manager, Gary, is around paying individual attention to the guests and inquiring about their needs that IHG could fulfill. Overall, the attention to guests is much higher here giving us a feeling of ever-welcome. Gary runs his team in a very effective manner with never a deficiency during our stay there.
A special Thanks to the team who made breakfast by 5:30 AM on our day of departure to enable us to carry some food for the way.
I highly recommend this place, even if means a little more of drive to the final destination.

Friendly staff, nice room, good location, poor parking area for bigger vehicles, breakfast was okay (lacked flavor), gas station close by, good soap and toiletries, bed was really comfortable and A/C was hit or miss
The door didn’t latch

The room was fine but the door didn’t latch. It could be pushed open. When you got inside the room it was very difficult to lock the door.

Good housekeeping good customer service clean building it was nice and quiet the food was good . I will definitely recommend to friends . Safe environment parking lot well lit .
Mixed bag

Convenient stop off location along my route but unfortunately it is in a rather isolated location with no nearby restaurants or bars.
The staff I encountered seemed somewhat preoccupied , there looked to be quite a bit of work being carried out.
When I checked in there was no recognition of my Rewards status and only recently realised no amenity points were credited to my account.
The room was comfortable and clean.
Breakfast offering was OK but not outstanding.
No staff around when I left.
