It is located in the new conference center and just a few minutes walk to the river. The view is amazing and easy to get around with taxi standby. The staff is super friendly and helpful, especially the assigned concierge April who made recommendation on the local restaurants. The view from the lounge is great, overall a great place to relax or serve as base for sightseeing.

The location is is far , so you need more texi fee. But the view is good and the room is clean. The cafe is good and the welcome driink is nice.The garden is nice but we can not find store nearby .
