5 minutes to Knotsberry Farm, 20 minutes to Angels Stadium, 20 minutes to beach and good eateries within the same time frame.

Staff were very friendly and courteous.

Food: Anaheim area Seafood San Pedro Seafood and Market and Italian Cortina’s Italian Market. Also the Shrimp Lover Redondo Beach.

The most dangerous location I ever stayed in. Had to call 911 because some crazy man was beating his woman and the front desk didn't even offer to move my room. Didn't get one once of sleep. On top of that had no hot water to shower the next morning. Stay away from here!

The management and staff were always on top of everything and I never had any problems with anything regarding my stay and associated amenities as needed. In my opinion it's the management; they say leadership is everything, and I believe the leadership at that hotel is what made my stay a pleasure.

The AC didn’t work in the entire hotel minus the rooms. My daughter & had to switch rooms due to the tiles around the toilet lifting & area around in sunk inwards. I felt like I was going to fall through the floor(225). New room 328, phone didn’t work, body wash was empty, had to call front desk on my cell phone while standing 1/2 showered in the shower to ask for soap. A toe nail on the carpet of 328 Lady at desk was swamped, said it’d be 10 min. Sent daughter to desk to get wash. No safe in new room. Coffee splatter on bathroom door, wash sink not cleaned properly (soap scum on counter). Elevator not up to date; expired Nov. 2024. Breakfast juice dispenser was out of order Saturday 6/28/25. New room needed batteries for wall thermostat which we got changed out.
Both ladies front desk ladies were AMAZING, tall long hair, glasses,light skin & the short Latina) breakfast Latina lady was working her tail off. Photos showed a hot tub & it’s not there anymore. Ice makers out of order on all 3 floors.

Interesting but descent stay at this IHG hotel.

The hotel was easy to get in and out of and I enjoyed the easy parking and the pool experience. The room was ok , could have been cleaner . Not a very good experience with the breakfast. Wish there were more options and wish the juice machine was working . Overall ok experience at this hotel.

Disappointing and Disgraceful

A totally disappointing experience. We stayed for 4 nights. Our room wasn't cleaned until the last night. Our safe was locked when we checked in and we informed the staff, but no action was taken before we checked out. The hotel staffs appeared welcoming, but they lack the professionalism and technical expertise to respond to any serious requests.

We have been repeatedly appreciating the services at IHG hotels, but the quality of service here is disgraceful to your name. Please consider this review a kind reminder of what has to be done to not continuously tarnishing IHG's reputation.

I was here for about 10 days and had a great time. Every single staff member I interacted with was friendly and helpful. Breakfast minus the potatoes was delicious. I recommend to NOT EAT THE POTATOES. The seating area is massive which was great because you didn't have to be on top of each other while eating like other places I've stayed.

My 2nd floor room was nice. Sometimes I could hear the children screaming at the pool but for the most part, the room was quiet. My food stayed cold in the refrigerator and the microwave worked well. The AC worked well and cooled the room quickly. Sometimes I got it too cold and had to turn it to the heat side.

I would stay here again if I'm looking for a hotel in Orange County. It's close to the freeway, has well lit free parking, nice large rooms, and great staff.

The hotel was conveniently located in the Anaheim area. It was less than 30 minutes to the main attractions and shopping malls. There were plenty of good food options and restaurants nearby. The hotel was mostly updated, and the rooms are nice compared to other hotels with the same rate. A complementary continental breakfast brings more value to my stay.

While the property could use some work and oir org roo. Was less tha desirable pr what we reserved, the staff fi,ed the problem and from there things were good.
