I often stay at Holiday Inn but always look for a express that has been renovated some of the older hotels need to be finished,I don't mind paying more if they are completly renovated, aslo work on the breakfest Hampton has a better breakfest

This property was nicely located within walking distance of a few restaurants, gas stations, and grocery stores. The traffic pattern in the area was minimal. The access into and out of the property was a little tricky. Overall, the property met our needs.

All the staff here works really hard to deliver guest satisfaction. They go above and beyond for their guest.
Poop in the bed

Absolute worst Hotel and Service I have ever had at a Holiday Inn Express. There was poop between the top sheet and bed spread. Staff said it was chocolate and that made it okay. No mention of the fact that I check in with something resembling poop in my bed. No compensation, nothing other than a room change. Free breakfast was not edible and they closed the door while we where still eating, they said sorry we are closed. General Manager, who is awful, told us his staff would never say that, UM I guess I am a liar, he said no I didn't say that I just said staff didn't say what I told him. Sounds like he call me a liar, just used other words. In addition to being shut out of the breakfast area, it was filthy. Website states it is newly remodeled, if so, all they did was slap a coat of paint on the walls. Do yourself a favor and skip this place.

stayed here before, had a wonderful experience. This time TV did not work. Nobody could get it to work. Room was right behind laundry which ran until 930.
3 or more men checked in next door

We were awaken at 3:00 am by a group of men who checked into room next door. There was EXTREMELY loud laughing, giggling, smacking, banging that went on and on until I called the front desk. Hotel staff had to bang on the door to get them to stop. I would've checked out at that moment if I weren't too tired to drive. We had no sleep. Worst hotel stay ever.

Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff.
The 'Red Lobster' restaurant is a short walk across the parking lot.
Overall, I would recommend, and would stay here again.

In the area for medical treatment and wanted a clean/affordable place to stay for the few days to be close to the facility. We were pleased with the facility and the staff were nice and helpful. Lodging is so expensive and finding something that we could financially manage with all the other expenses we have incurred because of my medical situation. It would be nice if lodging facilities would offer discounts to patients dealing with serious medical conditions to help with cost and the stress.
No Housekeeping Services

Room was not made up and no fresh towels left. Had to ask at front desk to get towels.
We left the room at 9am and returned at 430pm. When we got off at our floor there was a housekeeper and cart at the other end of the hallway. We entered our room to find not made up, etc. We were able to get fresh towels at the front desk. Breakfast the same items for 3 days in a row. Other Holiday Inn Express' switch off with omelets and bacon. This one only scrambled eggs and sausages every day. The main reason we stay at these properties is because the breakfast is good and a great added value. Feel like we were misled with lack of variety that we have always had at other properties when satying multiple days. Will not be returning to this property.
