The Ocean Experience
Total body wellness begins with a unique oil-to-foam natural enzyme exfoliation, instantly smoothing and refining the skin's texture. Stimulating circulation and enhancing lymphatic flow to prepare the skin for a deeply nourishing cocoon cream wrap. Concluding this revitalizing experience is a body massage using botanical oils enriched with eucalyptus and calming lavender.

Healing Honey Agave Massage
Indulge in this healing massage that begins with a dry brush exfoliation and warm compresses on the back to release tension. Several massage techniques are incorporated to achieve overall relaxation for body and mind, including an indulgent scalp treatment. A soothing agave oil is then massaged into the body for ultra-hydration to soften the skin. A warm honey butter foot and hand treatment completes this restorative experience.

Guided by sunshine and harbor breezes, join Flow Yoga on InterContinental Boston's waterfront green beginning May 19. Classes are complimentary for hotel guests and locals. Mats and hand towels provided. Registration is not required; spots are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
