Behind the Catch: SoCal Rockfish
Discover Vistal's next installment of it's Behind the Catch immersive dinner series: San Diego Rockfish.
The evening begins with interactive educational displays and welcome appetizers, followed by educational speakers from the local fishing industry and NOAA and a 4-course dinner featuring different local rockfish species, concluding with a raffle with prizes donated from Vistal and Promar.
Vistal works in partnership with Chula Seafoods and Get Local Fish to procure rockfish from San Diego waters caught by San Diego fishermen. Vistal is also Smart Catch certified and a pilot partner with Monterey Bay Aquarium's Seafood Watch.
