The United MileagePlus® Double Miles (May 2025) at select beachfront resorts promotion (the “Promotion”) is available to individuals who are members of both the IHG® One Rewards program and the United MileagePlus® program (“Eligible Member(s)”). To participate, an Eligible Member must register for the Promotion. Eligible Members can register for this Promotion during the period starting at 12:01 am GMT on May 14, 2025, through 11:59 pm GMT on July 14, 2025 (the “Registration Period”). By clicking the "click to register" button for the Promotion, a member is registering for the United MileagePlus® Double Miles Promotion and accepting these Terms & Conditions.

After registering for the Promotion, an Eligible Member can earn double United MileagePlus® miles in connection with Promotion Eligible Qualifying Stays at participating IHG® Hotels & Resorts, upon availability, during the period from May 14, 2025 through March 31, 2026 (the “Promotion Period”) where the stay was reserved through an eligible booking. The miles earning structure for “double miles” is described in more detail below, and the maximum number of promotional bonus miles an Eligible Member can earn under this Promotion is 15,000 miles. The time needed for awarding miles can vary with each promotion, so please allow up to 6 weeks for any earned miles to be posted to the designated account. 

For purposes of this Promotion, a “Promotion Eligible Qualifying Stay” is defined as a minimum one (1) night stay at a participating IHG® Hotel & Resort and must be booked through the official United Airlines | MileagePlus® booking page using a Qualifying Rate. Resorts may impose a minimum length of stay requirement. Stays booked using Rewards Nights or Points & Cash are not Promotion Eligible Qualifying Stays for purposes of this Promotion. Bookings made through on-line travel agencies or other reservation sites such as booking.com or expedia.com also do not qualify under this Promotion. Note that for purposes of this Promotion multiple checkouts for consecutive nights at the same hotel will count as one (1) stay; non-consecutive qualifying nights at the same hotel may count as separate stays. In the event that two or more Eligible Members check into the same room, base miles and any bonus miles under this Promotion will only be credited to the account of the Eligible Member who made the booking, for those nights that qualify for the miles. If an Eligible Member books more than one room at a hotel for the same or overlapping nights, they will receive bonus miles for this Promotion on only one of the bookings and only for the nights that qualify. 

Under this Promotion, double miles are awarded only in connection with qualifying room rates and other Eligible Charges attributed to room nights that fall within the Promotion Period and are part of a Promotion Eligible Qualifying Stay. Room nights outside of the Promotion Period are not included, and room nights that are part of a stay that was completed prior to registration for the Promotion also are not included.

To earn miles for a Qualifying Stay at participating IHG® Hotels & Resorts, United Airlines MileagePlus® members need to be registered as an IHG One Rewards member and select United Airlines | MileagePlus® as their earning preference in their IHG One Rewards account, prior to check-in. Miles are awarded upon the completion of the stay and on a base rate of two (2) miles per $1 USD spent on qualifying room rates and Eligible Charges at participating IHG® Hotels & Resorts properties.

Earning “double miles” or “2X miles” during the Promotion means that the total number of regular “base miles” and promotional “bonus miles” combined will equal two (2) times the number of base miles the Eligible Member would normally receive on the room night rate and Eligible Charges. To receive “base miles”, an Eligible Member must have selected United Airlines | MileagePlus® as their earning preference in their IHG One Rewards account and to be eligible for “double miles” the Eligible Member must have registered for the Promotion. For example, if both of these requirements have been met, then a member with a Promotion Eligible Qualifying Stay that includes two (2) qualifying room nights with a per night room rate of $100.00 at an IHG hotel with a two (2) miles per $1 USD earn rate for base miles would be eligible to earn 400 base miles (2 miles x $100/night x 2 nights = 400 miles) and an additional 400 promotional bonus miles, for a total of 800 United MileagePlus® miles for their room rate spend.

Room types and rates may vary by region and by hotel and are subject to availability. Blackout dates may apply. Any unused components of a rate are non-refundable. Rates are per room, per night, and extra person charges and rollaway bed charges may apply. Unless expressly included, rates do not include taxes, gratuities, resort fees, parking fees, or incidental charges, including food and beverages. The use of certain rates may be subject to applicable agreements(s). Other restrictions may apply.  
 
An IHG One Rewards member’s participation in the IHG One Rewards program and this Promotion is subject to the standard IHG One Rewards Membership Terms and Conditions, which can be accessed here or by visiting ihgonerewards.com. An Eligible Member receiving United MileagePlus® miles in connection with a stay as a result of their IHG One Rewards earning preference selection or their participation in this Promotion is not entitled to receive IHG One Rewards points for the same stay. IHG may retract, or decline to award, miles if the member was not eligible to receive the miles.  IHG may also revoke all points in a member’s IHG One Rewards account if the member abuses the IHG One Rewards program, including but not limited to abuse of the point redemption process. IHG also expressly reserves the right to remove an IHG One Rewards member's points, downgrade their status, or cancel their account if fraudulent activity in connection with the Promotion is detected, and any fraudulent activity or other prohibited activity relating to a member’s IHG One Rewards account, this Promotion, restricted rate offerings, or the IHG One Rewards program is subject to the IHG One Rewards Membership Terms and Conditions, including any of the identified actions that may be taken in response to such activity. IHG reserves the right to withdraw, suspend or modify this Promotion or amend these terms and conditions without prior notice at any time with or without notice and without any liability. To the extent permitted by applicable law, IHG reserves the right of final interpretation of this Promotion. Eligible Members must make any inquiries regarding this Promotion by October 31, 2025.
