Bring Your Holiday Party to Us

When the season calls for a celebration, we make hosting simple. Our complimentary 24-hour airport shuttle and on-site parking mean your guests arrive without a hassle, and our dedicated Crowne Meeting Director works with you from first plan to final toast. We offer flexible catering, comfortable guest rooms for your out-of-town attendees, and on-site dining at The Post and The Perch Lounge. Tell us your vision, and we will bring it to life.

Spaces for Every Kind of Celebration

We have 15,000 square feet of flexible event space across 12 venues, so your holiday event fits no matter the size. The Wren Ballroom hosts up to 500 guests for a large company party, and we can divide it into smaller sections for breakouts or intimate dinners. For a cozier gathering, the Saguaro, Turquoise, and Copper rooms give you a stylish, private setting. You can even take the celebration outdoors on our pool deck, a great spot for a holiday reception under the Arizona sky.
