重点表扬一下前厅部总机德吉，给予了无微不至的关怀。在拉萨几天能够很好的度过，全靠德吉小妹妹了。因为刚到就严重高反，德吉小妹妹特意给房间多送了好几瓶饮用水，并一直提醒注意；后面还送了两次果盘。由于确实高反严重，后面德吉妹妹还安排送了一台制氧机到房间里。真的太感谢了 [Less]

Disappointing Check-in & Room Experience Resolved by Diligent Hotel Manager

During check-in, the promised diamond member courtesy was not extended to me, which was a letdown. To make matters worse, the non-smoking room I was given had a distinct smell of smoke, and there [More] were several hygiene problems in the room. When I brought these issues to the attention of the front desk on duty, I was met with a bad attitude and an attempt to shirk responsibility. However, after contacting the hotel manager the next day, she took a very positive approach and provided a reasonably satisfactory solution. She mentioned that she had recently taken over the management of the hotel and that the service quality had suffered due to COVID. She assured me that she would work diligently to rectify the situation and improve the hotel's service quality. I would like to extend my gratitude to the hotel manager for addressing my concerns in a professional and prompt manner. I appreciate her efforts to improve the hotel's quality and look forward to seeing the progress. [Less]
