Featured Valencia Hotels

Our three Valencia hotels include central locations as well as options a little further from the centre of the city. As the 3rd largest city in Spain, Valencia is a popular business destination and much loved tourist spot.

Sitting on the Balearic Sea Coast, Valencia has beautiful beaches which attract plenty of tourists. But they're not the only draw. The city also houses some impressive landmarks, including Palacio del Marques de Dos Aguas, Plaza de la Virgen and Torres de Quart.

The city is home to almost 40 museums, including the impressive City of the Arts and Sciences, the Lladro Factory and the Museum of Natural Sciences.

If you've got time to spare after wandering around, taking in the museums and enjoying the beaches, then you might want to hit the shops. Barrio del Carmen is great for alternative shops, while Mercado de Colon is a bustling market with plenty of choice.

The Spanish football league is world class and Valencia spoils visitors with two teams based in the city. Valencia CF play at the Mestalla Stadium and Levante UD play at Estadi Ciutat de València. Even if you're unable to catch a game at either stadium, a tour is a great way to spend an afternoon.

As Spain's 3rd largest city, Valencia is within easy reach of the UK, thanks to direct flights from most major cities including London and Manchester. The city is also well connected by rail to other major cities in Spain, Portugal and France.

Two nights in Holiday inn Express Valencia

Hotel is up to it's intended standard, accordingly everything was fine and ok [Less]
Satisfactory and frugal
By The Credible Hulk
We chose this room for consistency of IHG HIE product and price, while accepting a further distance for commuting into old Valencia. There are two active bus stops within easy distance of the hotel [More] and we used both to go into old Valencia for sightseeing and meals. The front desk helped us with directions and a map. Hotel is in walking distance of several cafes and the science and discovery center, a pleasant walk about. Rooms typical European style, smaller than US, weaker Air conditioning, smaller elevators, but this place did have ample parking (for a price), which not all do in Europe. We got two rooms affordably, for wife and I, and my two grown-up daughters.. 4 would not fit in one of these rooms. It was a satisfactory experience. [Less]
Nice location
By SunnyTraveller
The hotel staff was very friendly even in overcrowded situations. Our room windows were towards the Oceanografic and Agora, which made for an excellent view (even with fireworks during one [More] evening). The breakfast was OK, though nothing special. The rooms were comfy, but a little bit strange with the closed door in between two adjacent rooms (which made the noises from adjacent room to be perceived quite strongly). The hotel is only 5-10 minutes walk away from the Oceanografic, Museum of Science and Hemisferic, and only 15 minutes walk from Gulliver park. The bus connections around are very good. The ratio price-quality during our stay has been very good. [Less]

Bonaire Express
By Bazzer
Have stayed at Holiday Inn Express at Bonaire Valencia a few times, a short journey out of the city but worth it. Hotel has under gone a refurbishment so it has a clean and fresh feel about it, the [More] bedrooms and the bathrooms are of a good size and well presented. A large dining area with a very good continental breakfast, a very good choice. The room rate is very reasonable which makes this hotel well worth a visit, plus the added bonus of a large shopping mall two minutes walk away with a great choice of shops and good choice of restaurants. Well worth a visit to this Hotel. [Less]
Great place to stay and explore Valencia
By Fangio
Great location to stay with ease of access to the city and there is a very new local shopping plaza a few minutes walk away. Usual great stay and accommodation. Staff extremely courteous and helpful. [More] Recommended as a base to explore the beautiful city of Valencia. Looking to go back in the very near future! [Less]
